Great sir exactly same thing I feel that we should train our teachers like our army and this thought came in my mind before this video I also teacher of education department so, I also want to train teachers in best way but our old education system never allowed all this.

Sir main ny apka lecture license for teaching dekha tha main agree krta hun is sy sir. But issue ye hai k sir pakistan main phir fake license Milain gy ya phir is corruption ko roka jae. Shah shb mera dialogue huva tha is mauzo py but conclusion yahi nikla k fake license Milain gy. Sir dosri bat mostly teachers lustful hain yr big issues hain sir Main khud student hun sir Baqaul ap teacher is liye character paida ni kr rhin kyunk teachers main khud character ni hai. کیونکہ یہی ایک وہ راستہ ہے جس پر چلنے والے یعنی صحابہ اور اولیاء اکرام آج بھی دنیا کے سب سے اچھے استاد مانے جاتے ہیں
کیونکہ
اقبال فرماتے ہیں
خود نہ تھے جو رہ پہ اوروں کے ھادی بن گے
اور نہ صحابہ کے پاس کوئی ڈگری تھی نہ اولیاء کے پاس جو جیتنا ذیادہ اللہ سے قریب ہوتا ہے

As salam o alaikum. Valuable talks delivered by participants. Shah G, it is need of time to address all issues/problems at every level of qualification in institutions on war footing basis. A uniform standardized guidelines should be formulated for teachers to follow....

A.a. I am an Educator. I would like to say that the training provided to me by the QUAD center was not related to the ground realities but it was very related to the American school system. Is there any way I can apply it in my class, surely not. We are just showing off.

I mostly watch your videos to develop myself...teaching in a government sectors is totally different, now my one of friend shared who was working with me in private school as he has got government job he told that there is nothing to do even his principal asked him to teach English from the copies already maintained previously means don't teach like that students must understand you just for formality. Do you think our nation will get developed day by day?

1. Apko apnay subject pr command ho. 2. Jb ap bht acha purhao gay to ap unki majbori bn jao gay so they ll well pay 3. Pay increase k lia online try krayn. 4. Apnay hi ghar pr tution centre start krayn. Hope the best

Teachers don't teach in govt colleges in Karachi although some are present in the college other wise mostly they are absent
My son found only one teacher who is very good and sincere to his job

He himself is complete encyclopedia. He makes self made notes on the spot. He did not teach with books or notes .
He is clear about the topic he gonna explain.He is so confident about the topic. He himeself is a complete encyclopedia and makes points himself.
Jb subject khtm ho jata lasr class hoti, to wo pury subject ka nichoor btaty hen, most imp chezen jo subj k andr yad rakhny ki hen wo btaty hen. Wo chezen jin ka profession me pta hona zruri ha or kam ati wo bta dety. In short unko pta hota k kesy deal krna ha subj k sath.
