My suspicion was she got pregnant right after the wedding and had a miscarriage. Wanted to stay silent until the first trimester is over and come back with a ”i’m pregnant”, and now they’re trying again.
Kyra is the literal last person who should be homeschooling their kids. You need to be educated yourself before teaching your kids
I’m pretty sure you also need a valid drivers license too… which she doesn’t have unfortunately. She admitted months ago to having an expired drivers license and she also said she doesn’t care to renew it.
I feel like since she puts her life online everyone in her town might know about it and people in her kids school so that’s why she wants to homeschool her kids to keep them sheltered

We have so much freedom and my children do not lack in socialization, if any thing they have more socialization than if they were in school. Done with my home school rant 😂 keep up the great work!👏🏼💗

I have two son's now adults, one went to school and works full time now with his own house. The other one is on the spectrum, he struggled with nursery, he then struggled even more with reception class, so I withdrew him from school to learn at home. He did so well, I am not that well schooled, I hated school and left at 15, but did go back for exams and amazed myself by passing them. My son more or less educated himself, he would come to work with me with his lappy and work, on days off we would go to places like the zoo or a museum and do some lessons there. He was never any bother and he drank up everything he learned. But he did it at his own pace and he didn't stop where the national curricuum did he would delve deeper into the subject. He did have a friend round to play sometimes and we did go to meets with other home ed families. He took his GCSE's and passed all of them, Went to college, which he found easier as he didn't have to be too social. After that he went to Uni and got his degree. Now he works full time a civil servant. In this country when you home educate, you have to pay for it all, the gov do not give you any aides. It was stressful mentally and financially , but now I wouldn't have done it any other way. School is not for everyone. Home ed is an amazing way of learning yourself, supporting your child and growing with them. I couldn't be more proud of both of my boys. They both went different paths, but both turned out to be good hard working men.

In the US, you don't get any financial aid for homeschooling. I wouldn't want it anyways, I don't want more government involvement in my life.

Completely agree with your dad rant. My oldest is a creative, and our school (which we LOVE so much) doesn't offer any extra-curricular music. They have one music class a week and it's the highlight of her week. When I was her age I was hugely into the school choir; I feel like she's missing so much. She hates school so much, having music and arts would really help kids like her.
Look into some charter schools (I'm not sure if your area has these) some of the school are geared to music/art. I hate the school situation where I live & I'm a teacher! I want more options for my kids.

She just had her boobs done. Every pregnancy is different, but it could get worse (especially if the doctors suggested no more kids). That is going to be uncomfortable if she is pregnant. Mine grew from nourishing 2 children, and the discomfort was… a lot of the time. I genuinely don’t understand having a baby after you just got plastic surgery, like, wasn’t that why she got surgery? To feel/look better after having kids?? Even if you don’t BF, your body is constantly changing when pregnant.

Homeschooling is so different now. There are so many co-ops. My local library has lots of programs like story times, stem nights for teens and Homeschooling meet ups. Socializing your kids is 100% your responsibility whether you're Homeschooling or not. I'm a public school kid and have insane social anxiety and do research on speaking topics before I go somewhere where I need to speak with others or else I just sit there quietly.
I relate to this 100%. Former shy public school kid who now homeschools!

I think homeschooling is great. You can involve kids in extra curricular activities--like sports and leagues--that don't involve the school system to keep them social and give them the chance to make friends.

But I’m sure khoa did for a short time. Then she wasn’t following her. Did keren know something then? Kyra had contacted keren 1st I believe. About baby stuff. At some stage they became friends.

The educational program you’re talking about is based on Gardner’s Multiple Intelligence theory mixed with Vygotsky’s theory of proximal learning. I’m not sure, but maybe Ontario has Montessori schools? In Ottawa, De LaSalle follows these ideas, it’s French though, and in Vanier, but last millennium, I loved going there.
