That sucks man I’d be really upset. Only thing I’ve ever had issues with is getting books that are damaged or dirty.
This sounds horrible! Good thing you posted this, now I can be cautious when ordering from crunchyroll, I know they’re cheaper than Amazon and b&n but there’s no point when they lose your package, thanks for sharing this! Knowledge is power! 📚👍 here’s hoping for a better experience next time!

That sucks. I sold a full set of Real. USPS lost it, they never found it. The buyer got his money back, but I was out the manga.
I’ve started buying from Alibris, there prices tend to be a little better. A package they sent me was most. They did replace it after a few weeks.
Hopefully, you get a replacement since there proof it was damaged
I feel your pain. I placed a $175 order from Crunchyroll on April 3rd and I still haven’t received it. USPS tracking says the package was sent to a mail recovery center on April 9th. Guess I just have to wait and see. 🤷♂️
In the end they should just sent the books again. I’m sorry to hear that! Hope they resolve it soon!!!
Yeah I hope they will just send me the books. I would rather that than the process of trying to get my money back
UPS lost my package, or it got stolen. Not happy rn. It was marked as delivered despite it never showing up.
bro i hate usps. in my lifetime every package they lost they never follow up after saying they are investigating. every usps office has 1star rating and employees look miserable and angry. i bet an employee saw crunchyroll and expected a anime figure and they just photocopied you a letter after ripping open your package. didnt even say which manager lol. just says management and a stamp.
That is horrible. I had a package of manga counted as lost . The description was the package was damaged in shipping and there was nothing in the box. I still don’t understand how a package gets opened and everything fell out 🤦🏽♀️. I was refunded but the whole thing seemed shady to me. I really hope you get your books

I've had the exact same thing happen to me but the box was completely empty. Strangest thing ever, then i reported it and they asked for a picture for proof lmao. Took a pic of an empty box and I had the items resent (took a while though)
