MAP seatboxes are brilliant value for money & very well made..I fish mainly canals on the pole & whip..also Feeder fishing for bream on the basins/wides..I use the H-36 Lite box and with the interchangeable units I can adapt for a pole or Feeder session in seconds & just take what I need for the day & leave the other units in my stacker system at home.. brilliant! What's not to like? 😃🎣
Great box. Only problem I've had with mine is the rivets on the underside of the footplate (which stop it was sliding completely away from the frame) have sheered off. So now the footplate just detaches from the box. I haven't got round to it yet but I've got to put some new rivets in. And one more minor thing is the seat has started to tear slightly at the edges which can happen but it doesn't get heavy use. Other than that, for the money, I only paid £330 for mine in a Black Friday sale, it's great.
@@Stefoo13 pretty heavy when loaded but that's only an issue lifting it from the car onto the trolley tbh- I think that's what makes it so sturdy- the weight

I've got the h30 absolutely brilliant box I don't carry rods made up as I do a lot of river fishing so wanted a deep base to put reels in

I agree- wouldn't be without my z30-Very sturdy- and well made. Why get a 36mm leg when this 30mm box is so solid?

The feet on the z30 and 36 are the same size so don't get why the 36 would be more sturdy, great strong box.
