I'm very new in the business and thanks to you taking the time to make these videos I'm gaining premium knowledge. I found your channel looking to change my edger blade (I've got the 280 too!!) and have been combing through your videos. Thanks Mr. Saenz.
Saludos Mario. Your kicking ass with that pole saw. Since I've seen your videos I have been searching for that pole saw! Any links? What's the brand? Gracias amigo!!
@@mariosaenzlandscapingservi6786 awesome brother! Gonna check it out. I've used Corona before but they don't seem as well built as the one you are using. Thanks Mario!!
I wish my tree was that easy. At this point it is the same height on i have a bit smaller fronds but many many more. It is loaded and hasnt been tended to in 25 years. I am going to attach a sawzall to a few sections of 8 foot aluminum pipe with couplers. I will duck tape the sawzall onto pole and duck tape the trigger on sawzall to on position and just get it lifted up into the tree and let it lean on the top of branches inside area where you want to xut. Then just let the weight do the work and push up and guide it in a circular path around the entire tree. Make sure you keep the bpade cutting from top to bottom and then keep moving the sawzall back up to the top and saw down and shave it all off. It takes about 15 minutes to get the entire tree at least the one I have and ones I have done but it is faster than anything else you could do for the money and is safer than you doing it any other way except renting a lift or paying someone else to do it. 45 bucks and you cant get whatever you want that is 35 feet or shorter in your yard. You could probably go higher if you used a stabilizer in the middle like a person in the middle on a ladder holding it from falling over and just yoking it to stabilize. Just watch out for dropping limbs and whatnot. I could build a tool that cuts the palm tree mechanically and nicely automatically and you can just attach it to the tree ither from the bottom or the top where it will shave the palm tree with a large thick vlade with slow high powered pnumatic driven force and then blade would retract back in and it would rotate 30 to 60 degrees and again dual piston engages blade and moves upward and shaves off everything. Everything could be electric and run off of a 80 volt battery system and be pretty compact and made for the average person to use.
i live in the midwest and never thought about what tools you use to trim a palm tree recently went on vacation in florida and the palm trees at out condo happened to be being trimmed while i was their they used a latter and chainsaw also didn't realize how hard you cut palm trees back
i just switched over from ladder and chainsaw to this method. I bought a 33' one from American tree service supply for $300 and it has a pruner attachment. curious what you are charging per palm. I'm up in jax,fl
Overcharging at $100 per tree is why I’m watching this video. My property has 12 palm trees. Why in the hell would I pay someone $1200 to trim all my trees?!? Overpriced!! I would gladly hire someone at $50 per tree though, or some kind of multiple tree discount. I can’t find anyone in my city to do it for any less though. Looks like I’ll be climbing the ladder!

I live in Osceola County and when i trim my palm trees, i put grease on the blade so it doesn't get locked on the tree.

Where can i buy that tool u use to cut the old leaves from the palm? Thx
Info@barnel.com
Mario.. What brand and model of stick is that?
You cut almost the whole palm tree leaves, are you removing the tree as well or just showing the maintenance part of the tree. Good video though.
The tree was very sick so by removing most of the limbs that are decayed it will force the palm to grow new healthy palm limbs.
