My viewers and I joined some weird sponsored Roblox worlds. I pooped myself at Walmart Land and got a job at Chipotle. Anyway, follow me on Twitch :p

I've never said this unironically, but wow, this game is like... pure crystalized capitalism. It's themed around a megacorporation, has lootboxes, celebrity endorsements, and it's all targeted towards children. I know it's Roblox, but this is disturbingly dystopian.
Roblox has got to chillax with this metaverse stuff man.
Don't forget it also has a built in stock market
I cannot say what I want to without violating tos
don't forget the child labor:)

Vans and Chipotle actually had game mechanics, but Spotify and Walmart were dystopian, corpo hellscapes. I hope the guy that greenlit the idea to create these worlds got fired lol.
At least with vans it was like Tony Hawk pro skater gmaeplay
Spotify at least had a cool theme
Whomever that person is, at least they can take solace in the fact that they went with Roblox over, say, Decentraland.
BIG EDIT: Just found out that Walmart has a Decentraland plot too, or at least had one at some point. Fuc
Chances are, that mf got promoted to CEO immediately
I work in Walmart and have to listen to the announcement for this around 3 times a day. It’s torture.
wait they actually announce that they have a roblox game?

This video feels like those weird nightmares where nothing scary actually happens but you know you're in a nightmare. Seeing the metaverse lady standing in the crowd at chipolte gave me chills.
“Seeing the metaverse lady standing in the crowd gave me chills” *sigh* The fact that Roblox has gotten to the point where comments like this happen is either really sad or really funny.
Well considering roblox really wants us to enjoy this stuff, I'd be rather worried.
I love the idea of gumi being a recurring character
that would actually be the best
He basically is in almost every roblox video
Gumi is genuinely an icon, and I especially love that charborg has never said her name correctly
me when i crave gummies and start naming them:
@@froggy5748 Oh, is it vGumiho or something?
so you went to walmart for some icecream, and they told you to make it yourself. What a great value brand experience.
It only works with great value brand ingredients. It won't come out right if you don't follow it exactly.
the meat in the chipotle sim literally dinged when it was ready and had a very obvious meter but charborg still managed to fuck it up
man’s got filtered by Chipotle
Just like the average fast food worker.
Note this is a joke.

I remember in some children's MMO games, the sponsorships would be like snack foods or toys. It's just weird that it's now "Walmart World" and not "Caprisun World" or something. Gen Alpha childhood is very bleak.
literally why do children need to be marketed spotify, chipotle and vans. It's such a sinister way to cement your brands relevancy to the younger generation....
You'd think it'd be Disney world or some sh** like that
We've regressed back to the days where you could find Brand games in the cereal boxes. It's such a beautiful travesty of embarrassment.

What a great display of Great Value™ Products! I love Walmart Land!
I'm not normally the type tp rave about "BRANDED CYBERPUNK DYSTOPIA" stuff but I think the random celebrities showing up giving Walmart announcements recorded on their laptops in their bedrooms broke me

it's always a little weird to see a grown man so consistently play a game my 6 and 12 year old nieces are obsessed with; but if there's any man for the job i guess it's charborg.
I mean, the whole game is made to cater and advertise to children by grown men.
Roblox is responsible for a ton of children being abused by grown adults.
See how easy it is for Char to mess with kids, now imagine if it was someone with malicious and sick sexual thoughts regarding those kids, and how easily they could take advantage of all the kids in roblox to get what what they what.
This is basically just showing how easy it is for adults to mess with kids in a kids-only environment.
@@spiritbx1337 bruh roblox isn't even an only kids environment, there are actually good non kids games.
You might get obsessed too, if you know there are good games in it.
@@SAN-bi2vm and how old are you? not making fun, only curious.
@@na-vn5qy There are like a dozen gore games on Roblox and a lot of first person shooters like BRM 5 which is a tactical coop FPS, and Frontlines
I work at walmart and was wasting time on a computer the other day and saw the ad for the roblox world, i stared at it and was like "this company is building roblox worlds while stores cant get air conditioning because of corporate" lol
I love how at 10:30 charbord goes from around 900 to over 4 billion walmart tokens and never explains why
Late but their was a exploiter desperate for his attention
It's terrifying how brands try to reach children at such a young and formative age but it's fucking funny how no one cares about these corporate ad games. Gen Z can't be pandered to.
It was the same when companies tried the same shit when video games were first getting big too lol most of the stuff they made was just failed shovelware
This dude's lil laughs and chuckles always warm my heart 🤣
I like how there’s a coming soon section of Walmart Land as if anyone cares what’s coming next to Walmart land
I feel two ways about Charborg doing Roblocks videos; on the one hand, his antics are funny, in the other hand, Roblocks treats it's child laborers far worse than actual walmart employees.

Before even opening this comment's comments i knew the 2 people that commented are gonna be about him saying roblocks

Walmart world used to be something. You'd walk in, arcade on one side, photo area on the other. That little coin spin thing. Lobsters. All right there at the entrance.
This shit would 100% be illegal in Canada, children's advertising is very regulated as to not take too much advantage of children.
I work at a Walmart and it's just a mini Amazon warehouse.
Working ya to the bone and demanding more
And you have to deal with shitty customers too I'm so sorry
Christ. Roblox feels so sinister now. I played it back in 2006 when I was in, like, 4th grade or something and I remember it being just "computer legos." Nearly shit my pants when I heard kids today talking about it.
I just wanna know what their end game was for this. Brainwashing kids into being brand loyal customers in the future? Or did they want kids to beg their parents to take them to Walmart or some shit lol
Honestly I'd say roblox is just digging up any goddamn corperation to make these ads so they can keep themselves afloat. Aka, their panicking.
@@applevel6751yeah that isnt happening

I honestly never thought i would start watching him, but at this point its addicting.
bro same
There's something in that great value syrup and it's addicting.
this whole video felt like a fever dream lmao.
ok jokes aside though, this is the most dystopian shit I've ever seen, and they're not even trying to hide it.
the shameless advertising of brands on impressionable children just shows how these corporations knows no bounds nor ethics.
Corporations running Roblox levels to appeal to kids. Slowly over time Cyberpunk is becoming a reality (minus the cool implants) instead of a popular dystopian future to use in stories.
this feels so dystopian
Billion dollar corporations grooming children to be unquestionably loyal employees actually makes me feel physically ill. At least it's underpinned by some humor in the sheer lack of quality.
metaverse woman highkey got half life gman vibes
10:30 some employee was a fan and let him have the cheat codes for Walmart land and all of its tokens it's fine
you getting in a huge car crash with other innocent spotify mobile drivers is so hilarious
I love brands! thank you so much for making this chrbrg!
This cannot be Walmart world, wheres the shoplifting and the people shooting up in public?
My job right now is to touch grass everyday (I'm a groundskeeper), and I feel like the world is getting more outlandish every day. To be honest, I feel pretty lucky to do so after reading some of the comments.
P.s. love the content, and I am praying for you folks in the comments. 🙏
as someone who semi-unironically plays roblox i can say i am still appaled by what they manage to come up with for really just about anything
And half the games with actual effort put into them get buried in the oversaturated grind sims.
@@SomeBasementNerd and stupid trend games
Bruh I never thought anyone would mention that.
Bro I play a game called realistic boiling water reactor and it has everything
My favorite game on Roblox, Dystopian Corporate Hellscape. Bravo, Baszucki!
Cyberpunk is becoming more of a reality minus the cool implants.
Whoever runs walmart world probably shit themselves too when they saw how many people actually checked out walmart world.
This is the most shameful case of corporate greed I’ve ever seen 😂
That Chipotle game is the most dystopian part to me. You know the idea was to make that job feel like a game so kids who apply will think "Oh I already know how to do that job"
You should make Charborg Realm and fill it with references and stuff
and huge signs everywhere with your twitch link
just long furry toes and shiny cue balls
Gosh, I remember when I was a kid and I used to LOVE going to walmart, it was actually a happy place for me, get to see cool stuff and beg my parents for things. Now I'm an adult and I absolutely hate it, and I pack a damn Glock when I go in because it's full of psychos that occasionally stab people for some reason. I wonder if it's always been that way and I just didn't know what a hellscape it was because I was little.
Walmart did used to be fun, that's where I learned I was a guitar hero god when nobody else would play at the displays, could make friends for a day play hide n seek with random other kids. Sit around furniture isle and read cheat books from electronics or my runescape guide book.
my friends and i used to really enjoy going to wal mart shitfaced at like 3 in the morning for some reason; other than that i used to sort of enjoy the 'people watching,' if you'd call it that, just seeing people from literally all walks of life (save for maybe like super rich people). i've seen both some of the most beautiful women, and then countless walking abominations going through those aisles. except when i visited someone in alabama once, idk if it was just the specific area i was in, but i literally didn't see a single attractive person throughout my entire stay.
@@JampsD3 Oh man I forgot about that! Used to have Wii's and Guitar Hero set up, Nintendo handhelds in the video game aisles, beanbags in the furniture sections they had, it was crazy
@@na-vn5qy I tend to be kinda socially anxious so it's harder for me to enjoy people-watching. I do know old people like to rip the grossest farts next to me, and I mean hoity-toity old ladies too. But in GA, I like going on sunday afternoons because it's mostly Mexicans there then, and they're always nice and their kids are well behaved, and they like to play Mexican music from their phones which I think is pretty damn cool. But weekdays after 10 AM, and you are done for. Screaming iPad kids, the most rude and entitled people ever, no room to go down any aisles, etc.
@@hedgeearthridge6807 ah, yeah i get pretty bad social anxiety sometimes myself, so i feel you on that, if it's packed it's an all around miserable experience. but as far as people being rude or entitled, i find it easy enough to just return the favor, and leave it at that. really the only thing that deeply bothers me is when people let their hyperactive asshole kids run wild and fuck with everything in the store, i once saw this kid randomly opening every other bag of chips he saw down the aisle and eating some of them, and the kid's mom was right there, not saying shit.
It is no longer "Bing chilling"
Now it's all "Been schilling"
I had no idea mainstream brand advertised themselves in Roblox by making games and worlds. Wtf.
Remember that one time Reagan deregulated marketing to children to save us from the commies? That guy was awesome.
But for real- these corporate servers should be hacked to smithereens. Make them unplayable.
Getting raided, just like REAL Walmart!
dude what are companies doin? like bruh they fr think they gonna get people to go to walmart cuz they saw a walmart game on roblox, i cant
i am buying a walmart out tomorrow wth you tlaking about 😂😂😂😂
Wait wait wait... Did you KNOW that Walmart in the Uk is called ASDA? Because the Brits are still hurt by anything American that they actually had to change the name? xD
Asda is a completely different company lol, but Walmart did own them for a short period of time.
@@LukesOffline xd trust me no, I worked for asda and you had to sign in their website xd
That reminds me that Burger King and to rename itself Hungry Jack in Australia because the dude that owned the name Burger King wouldn't sell it to them.

what are you talking about? hurt by what? the war that the french (and many other european powers) won for you that we dont even get taught about in school because it was just a normal tuesday for us and such an insignificant and small part of our history?
I don’t know if it changed since jameskii played it, but the Vans world looked really polished
A promotional game... good? Impossible.
having worked in Walgreens to stock, that Makeup Aisle obby gave me flashbacks to my time there.
Funny they call it ice cream because you literally cannot buy great value brand ice cream as it is not made with cream. It legally must be described as "frozen dessert"
Great, now I’m not only in pain from twisting my ankle and falling down my stairs, but also from this branding bullshavig. Thank you soooooo much for this… I hate it.
Now if you’ll excuse me I’m gonna go take a bunch of Walmart brand pain killers and drive three hours to get a chipotle burrito.

Man, I remember playing roblox when they first introduced official skateboard mechanics. Apparently that was back in 2010
as a walmart worker, i lost all hope for the future when i saw this being advertised on the televisions
It was fucking advertised on TV?
Thank you for reminding me just how insane this world is.
i hate the fact that my dumb lizard brain fell victim to this late stage capitalism, because i genuinely got super hungry at the chipotle part
if this was a real walmart land, then it would probably have a dead child, a guns aisle next to the toy aisle, alot of scooter people, a guy carrying a crocodile on a leash, a crocodile carrying a guy on a leash and moldy bread
Back in the day when I played Gaia Online, there were sponsored worlds you could go to and get items and junk. I only vaguely remember it

I have no idea what I'm watching and it's glorious!!!😂😂😂
This is odd but credit to vans, at least they included some kind of game instead of just a walking simulator for discovering products.
Charborg you should take time to amass a sum of like 5k Walmart coins in this and go to Walmart and show them and see if you can buy anything with them probably not but it'd be hilarious
companies are figuring out ironic and negative advertising is still advertising and it's sickening
Walmart is better than Disneyland in my opinion, does Disneyland have crack in the back?
The VANS game was surprisingly well coded
