Is it better if the house is furnished vs vacant to attract buyers? What if damage takes place to the house when bringing furniture in to stage a property? 3) If a property is appraised, and the market value is different from the realtor’s assessed value, what would you do if it were your house you are selling? If it were a certified appraisor, the bank would likely reach similar value with their own appraisal (plus or minus some amount). What would you recommend sellers when your house is assessed at say $100k but your realtor is telling you it should be listed at 70k? Thanks so much
