The gromlin originally appeared in SD Gundam G Generation Advance. Ginias Sahalin from 08th mobile suit team was the final boss and i think this was his mobile armor he used!
Possibly but quite unlikely Side story rarely get attention to make it's own show Not even Crossbone,Sentinel,Ecole Du Ciel or even Astray and 00 Side story get adapted Unless it was comical story like Gundam San 😅
