The underrated and brilliant glue of the band. I keep screaming this on TH-cam but people don’t realize,.. he can also play amazing basslines WITH HIS FEET. Nobody f’s with JPJ.
It's kind of weird I suppose to tell a couple of strangers you're PROUD of them - but I am exactly that. I am proud of the two of you going down the Led Zeppelin rabbit hole and understanding it, getting it and loving it and all the more I can say is thank you for sharing...cuz I love it!
Plant & Page draw the great improv from each other, Plant gets Jimmy to kill it even more, & Jimmy’s playing brings the vocals out of Plant. Absolutely love these guys.
@ yes I know, & it wasn’t intended like that, but Page & Plant do bring out the improv. JPJ & Bonham follow amazingly what the other two do, spur of the moment. I absolutely loge each of them, & miss Bonham so much.
luv their interactions...especially when Plant gets Page to sing. One can see the respect they have for each other's musical talents. Greatest Band EVER!
This is rock music at its highest level. Led Zeppelin can take blues, jazz, gospel, rock, folk, reggae, and turn it on its head. You see what they do with this one song, how much they put into it. Honey, these concerts would go on for 3-4 hours. Can you imagine what it took to deliver this? No computers, no back up singers, no auto-tune, no dance choreography - just plain f-ing talent. I was blessed to have been a teenager during the Zep years. Their albums are works of art. Then you have the concerts where they improvised the heck out of the songs. They never played a song live the same way twice. Best Musicians, Best Rock Band, Best Music ever! ♥️
Thank you guys. Subscribed and really appreciating your musical and thoughtful reactions! I'm 66 and hail from Alberta, Canada. I've been listening to LZ for a long time now and, it just never gets old. Being in the "pocket" is one of those special events which, thankfully, we have the blessing of being able to see and hear it. This is timeless, this is the fruit of the musical gods. This song is a moment in heaven. Namaste. 🙏🏻🎶
Love your channel guys keep rocking so far you have reacted to my Favorite Band the Mighty Led Zeppelin, Love Pink Floyd Love Black Sabbath, You can probably tell by those 3 bands I'm a older guy. 66 as a matter of fact, It's been 55 years now that I have loved rock and so many many bands. Keep Diving in. Thanks 😎
The way they described themselves is "tight but loose" meaning they improvised in the open spaces in the song, but landed at the hard points. Best that ever did it
I’m 60 years old and have been listening to LZ for 50 + years and even if I lived for another 200 years, the chances of 4 musicians getting together and doing something that could dethrone LZ will never happen!!! When all the right things happen at the right time, for the right reason , you get LZ and an out of this world happening. When the stars don’t align , you get groups like Poison, hair bands ,posers, pretenders!! When someone says it doesn’t get better than this, they were dead on balls accurate when referring to the mighty LZ!!!
It's amazing. I honestly don't have a clue what I'm talking about but it's amazing. It's like Shakespeare, all the words a stage and every man a player. Every man wears his smile like an armor, a soft voice to beguile the earnest in their heart, each and every one a moment of deception lest they see the truth of me.
There are a few live performances of this floating around, one from the same week of concerts but you guys used the best one. They were all ON POINT this performance.
Ok- okayyy 10th grade, two memories; one riding my bike with my boom box and a road trip from Louisiana to Las Vegas just me and my mom, me my mom and Led Zeppelin ❤
Banger song! I got to see the mighty Zep live back in 1970 when I was 16. I would like to suggest a song from one of my other favourite bands Rush who were influenced by Zeppelin early in their career before they became more progressive rock. Between the Wheels from the R30 tour. Cheers
Now you guys need to listen to the same song from their 2007 Celebration Day Show!!! They were much older & still kicked ass!! 🎶🔥🎸🎤 Just do it!! You’ll love it 😊👍🏼 You will get to see Jason Bonham the son of John Bonham on drums!!! 🔥
Greatest drummer of all time. The bass and drums behind that guitar...😮 John Paul Jones has an album called Zooma. He jams on bass with a bass player and plays steel slide bass too.😮
You guys have caught on so fast, by not stopping the song hardly ever? Great job, cause we can't even see the video part, but your letting your audience enjoy the whole song!!!
Another Great English band like The Beatles, The Prodigy, The Who, Queen, Pink Floyd, Deep Purple, The Animals, The Rolling Stones, Joy Division, Oasis, The Kinks, Radiohead, Roxy music, The Cure, T-Rex, Black Sabbath, Motorhead, Genesis, Def Leppard, Yes, Judas Priest, Dire Straits, Cream, King Crimson, Electric Light Orchestra(ELO), New Order, Depeche Mode, and The Sweet, and my favourite Iron Maiden, Just to name a few🤘
when you end up reacting to Achilles last stand, get your buzz on strap yourselves in and enjoy the ride, Achilles last stand is one of their top 3 best songs (in my opinion)
I love this because we got a chance to just hang out and listen to this awesome music together. I actually liked how there was not viable video and we could collectively just listen.
See, since you played it through, with 1 stop, I wanted to hear your reactions afterward. You guys are going to do really well on here!!! Over 400 likes already on this song!!! I will be waiting for your next one!
Great Zeppelin song, love the reaction. You guys ought to check out some Van Halen. They have a bunch of great stuff, my personal fav is “Hot for Teacher”. You guys will LOVE the video!!
I used to pay more attention to Plant and Page, who are undoubtably incredible. But now I almost solely pay attention to Jones and Bonham. They are locked in here
Guys listen to John Bonham on the drums!!! He pounds out brilliance!!! He hits so hard that when they first started certain clubs and venues wouldn't allow them back!!!! Very True Story!!!
I think it's time to break your BANGIN' FEMALE artist cherry!! How about checking out BETH HART - "Am I The One" - Live at the Paradiso? Also she does a couple covers of Led Zeppelin's "Black Dog" and "Whole Lotta Love" you need to check out - AFTER you do the Zeppelin original!! Much love and support - The BLACK WIDOW
Y’all should check out: My Dying Time from Black Label Society. Black Label Society rocks the guitarist from this band Started With Ozzy Osborne when he was 19. And he played in the recent Pantera tour

Every member of this band is Top Notch
@@paulgarza1386 each are the GOAT of their crafts, & together The GODS Of MUSIC!
I would argue Page isn't even the best guitar player in the band. Lol. Jones is so multi-talented it's sick.
Greatest Band Ever!!!
John Paul Jones is literally the reason I play bass
The underrated and brilliant glue of the band.
I keep screaming this on TH-cam but people don’t realize,.. he can also play amazing basslines WITH HIS FEET.

Yes! An anomaly for younger generations. The pride is not only warranted, but necessary.
Achilles Last Stand
Nobody’s Fault But Mine
the wanton song
Moby Dick is another one that features John Bonham on drums
This I s how 60s 70s music was received. I had no fancy headset I had vinyl records I listened to on my turntable and the radio stations.
They are the Hammer of the Gods. Cant wait to see their movie in Feb. Becoming Led Zeppelin. 🤘🤘
Plant & Page draw the great improv from each other, Plant gets Jimmy to kill it even more, & Jimmy’s playing brings the vocals out of Plant. Absolutely love these guys.
Leaving out the other most important half...JPJ and Bonzo
@ yes I know, & it wasn’t intended like that, but Page & Plant do bring out the improv. JPJ & Bonham follow amazingly what the other two do, spur of the moment. I absolutely loge each of them, & miss Bonham so much.

@ yes
Zeppelin is 4 guys who's chemistry is pretty untouchable!!! They just plug in and play!!!!!
Every song and every concert they did was playing their hearts out!! ❤❤❤❤
This is rock music at its highest level. Led Zeppelin can take blues, jazz, gospel, rock, folk, reggae, and turn it on its head. You see what they do with this one song, how much they put into it. Not just Zeppilin but there will never ever be music as real as this ever again.. It is sadly a time that has passed...
Heavy blunts before this tune 💨😎
The way they described themselves is "tight but loose" meaning they improvised in the open spaces in the song, but landed at the hard points. Best that ever did it
The Necromancer from Rush.
Gotta do a reaction to this virtually unknown masterpiece.

One of my favourite live performances, the guitar work, Bonham’s drums and Robert taking us to church - perfection!
Told ya" the blues" was seeping out of this bands pores when you two first started with Led. 😂 They are awesome!
Good to see you do this. From Texas recorded by singer and evangelist Blind Willie Johnson to the UK and back. Awesome stuff.

Led Zeppelin with raw and torn Robert Plant vocal chords still can surpass the standards of so many others!!
You two are great. Love seeing the appreciation for the music I grew up with. Gives me hope for the future.
Good sounds. But I love how happy that young fella is. 💨
Grew up on this music, 60-70s kid, nothing better than classic rock.
An onslaught of excitement!
Hahaha glad you enjoyed the song! Even if you got my name wrong lol
I'm really liking the base in this!!
John Paul Jones (bass) and still playing today with Foo Fighters? or another band I think but I'm old and forgot!
Jimi Hendrix Voodoo Child live Maui 1970, craziest performance ive ever seen
Jimi and the band were in a good headspace for that performance and fortunately it was pro-recorded, a rarity in that era
@@m.ericwatson968the sounds hendrix made with this guitar were sth i havnt heard before

Now watch them do this live from Celebration Day with Jason on drums. Still the baddest band in the land. Any time they form it’s like Voltron.
Taken from an old blues song "Jesus Make Up My Dying Bed" by Blind Willie Johnson, 1927.
