Hi! I’ve been watching your videos and I thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. What would be good stretches or exercises for chondromalacia patella. Diagnosed back in august, and still struggling 😢

knee over toeguy talks a lot about creating mobility by strength vs. streching the limbs, espc. the legs which is his focus. I disagree with him in a number of ways, but this approach seems a way to nonforcefully increase the mobility and so let the limbs and joints work as supposed to vs. being forced to, forcing joints will allways create more pressure than if allowed to move naturally due to changing circumstances when muscles are doing the work and so reactively need the joints to be organised in order to caretake whatever load is needed; This may need to be done without too much load so not to put too much tension on the joint in the specific situaion. What do you think about that?
I really don't think you know what you are talking about. Walking backwards has been wonderful for me. Helping me with my bone on bone knee arthritis. Those exercises you were doing you would have heard me screaming from way over here. I don 't trust what you say anymore.
Good morning, Sir, you are exceptional .. Thank you for all your efforts to educate us ..🙂
You’re welcome Cici!!! We’re happy to help!!!
