✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
* Water(पानी) - Some
* Milk (दूध) - 1 litre
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1/2 Cup
* Saffron(केसर)
* Cardamom Powder (इलायची पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Sweet Betel(मीठा पान) - 1
* Cherries/Tutti Frutti (चेरी/टूटी फ्रूटी) - Some
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
In a pan, put some Water, Milk, and Saffron and mix it well. Then keep it on the flame for boiling. Stir it continuously and when it starts boiling put some Sugar, Cardamom Powder and cook it till it turns thick on slow flame. then turn off the flame. Then keep it to cool
in a mixer jar, put a Sweet paan, and some thick milk & grind it well. then put the mixture in thick milk to make a fine mixture. mix well and the paan kulfi mixture is ready to set. Pour the Kulfi mixture into Kulfi molds (if you do not have molds, you can pour until Matka or Glass cups). Cover & freeze overnight or until sets completely. Then cut it, and serve it. In this way, tasty Paan Kulfi will get ready so easily at home.
