Russell, Cooper, Golding, Parks, Walker, that looks a pretty formidable top 5. Great to see James Russell batting so well and just love the aggressive top order batting. Looked a road but you still need to put it away. Brilliant batting!!

Brilliant game and amazing batting Mike. Cant remember seeing one defensive shot. You have a few new players in the 1st team this season, and all are playing their parts, especially Thorn Parkes of course. Was waiting for Connor to play his famous straight lofted sixes, and wasnt disappointed. Your doing great behind the camera Mike even though your viewers will miss your left arm spin. Hope one of the guys is supplying you with cold beer whilst your filming. Over 600 runs is hard work to edit. Cheers Dave

That overseas player Thorn looks a bit special with a bat. Very nice pitch to play on and value for shots from the look of the match. Shows how far league cricket has changed in 30 years.

I have to say that was one of the best top 5 batting performances you have put on. The shots were incredible and credit should definitley be spread about. The chase wasn't too shoddy either. great game to watch and well done on your win. The commentary is still top notch as well :)

He actually has an unusual style of batting - it's all bottom-hand, but highly effective. He just swats the ball to all parts of the ground - very difficult to set a field for it.
