What a brilliant game, and brilliant catching from Tom. Kept me on my seat as it would also you guys to the last ball. Catch last ball from Rowan was excellent. Great to see Mike make an appearance, and all the best for a Connor speady recovery. Also Joe with his batting and wicketkeeping, a pleasure to watch. Shame you havent been playing these last few weeks Luke, but your commentating, along with the camera work is brilliant. Cheers from Dave in Berlin
New camera angle and height factor good change. Try to keep using that angle more in next games. Even you can see the spectators also cheering for game 👏👏
@@jakeharvey58 to be fair very rarely worth calling it in club cricket I'd imagine, unless it's Murali rattling through teams like nobody's business!!!
The DLS was a reduced target as you had lost a number of wickets before the rain break, therefore a reduced number of overs assists you getting a higher run rate in the overs left. If you had to bat all 50 you naturally would be more cautious trying to bat all the overs. If you were only 1 or 2 down at rain break the target probably would have been higher. Hope that helps explain it a bit.
It was an incredible match. I love this village cricket. I also want to play there. Sir, Could you please tell me how can i play there as an overseas cricketer. I am a leg spinner from Bangladesh
having had two reconstructive surgeries on my left shoulder, i cant even tell u how painful that is for connor not to mention how dehibilitating it is to have a shoulder that pops like that when it seems quite innocuous.. my advice to him would be get it operated on fast and not to wait if it was indeed a dislocation. the only thing that makes me think it may have not been was the fact he was able to roll on to it to get up. get well lad
Dam bro I hope Connor didn't dislocate his arm at the shoulder socket there... Looked a bit loose at the shoulders joint there🫣 would be really unlucky if he did😮
Going for the big shots, with five needed probably should have just run it around but fair play to the bowler who kept it tidy under a lot of pressure.
Has he had a scan on his shoulder? having had a tendon problem before the way he grabbed it and the position he was in looks familiar, get well soon and won't see a better catch this season, as Nasser would say you can't do that!!!
Rahul wasn't unlucky it was poor pull-shot technique (unless he meant it to go in the air), any coach should be able to see why from watching this, if they can't then they need to go back to "cricket coaching school" because it's really obvious.
@@adrianm8852 Ok. When he plays the shot his bottom hand is coming from below the ball, in other words an upward movement. The result of this is it makes it almost impossible to play the ball down & when you add closing the face of the bat by rolling the wrists then a top edge is inevitable. When I froze the footage I could also see his right shoulder was significantly lower than his left shoulder (right is bottom hand, left is top hand) when making contact with the ball because he is playing it like I imagine he would if it were hip height, he is also aligned all wrong with his front foot pointed towards the bowler & his back leg bent. This tells me he is a very wrist dominant front foot player which is all well and good when playing the ball off the hip but not so good when playing the pull shot with the ball higher up. I would suggest practicing the pull shot with a tennis ball, make sure he gets his bottom hand nice & high BEFORE standing on his toes & rotating his whole body when he plays the shot with the bat being perpendicular (90 degrees) to his body at chest height & rotating the wrists in an anti-clockwise motion as contact is made with the ball. A good person to watch footage of would be Ricky Ponting, he was a very good player of the pull shot.
Lots of people on Twitter claiming Tom’s catch hit the ground. Clean as a whistle for me. Great game of cricket.
Ikr 🤣
I have not seen the video yet ..but for me 2 Games of Italy were amazing and my favs ..
I hope this one is going to be amazing …
That’s an outrageous grab
You mean during Bognor’s group huddle?
Thats an unbelievable grab, and probably your most thrilling match, truly worth it to watch.

Loving the new camera angles , giving us such a different perspective and wow that catch !!!
Thanks!! Appreciate it Martyn
Love the double cup in the opening moments. Decent handfuls

Absolutely! Deffo will try and get it featured more
Second that ☝️
What a good game. Hats off to both side who made this one a thriller.
One of the better snaffles I've seen, but I'm afraid both off spinners for Bognor were definitely throwing it 😂
just watched on slow mo - you're right, both literally just strolling up and throwing it. How do they get away with it?

Brilliant guys. What a game! Brownie will do a ton this year! Love watching Sam Cooper. Well done, great result.
Hi there
Can you suggest a camera or camcorder to record our cricket games around $500 budget please
Love the content, what is Jug Ball when you field and how do you play it? keen to get it going at my club
Someone says Jug Ball before a ball has been bowled, if there’s a wicket then whoever said it buys a jug at the end of the game
this is why we love cricket beautiful backdrop lovely country atmosphere lush green ground perfect
Incredible catch and incredible match - well done guys!!!
Stokes has a lot to answer for if those bucket hats start getting popular!
Great game, great catch. Well done fellas!

Brilliant work Mark!! Thanks for clearing it up
New angle is great 👌
24:43 and camera work of the season for catching the catch lol
What a grab at 24:25, totally caught me off guard! (WOW)
Wow wow wow, incredible catch.. my money was on the ball all day!
Great to see Mike Rose make an appearance!
That Harris bloke literally throwing it! 🤣
It was an incredible match. I love this village cricket. I also want to play there.

Great work on trying to improve coverage, appreciated 👍👍
NEver thought to see chuckers in England club level !!!

Yeahh didn’t look good did it, he said it was a muscular injury in the shoulder, looking like he’ll be out for the season :(
Great game. Great footage.
Big fan of new shed cam. Great work on upping the production quality.
Thanks! :)
Control was gained about a foot from the floor when he twisted his wrist to actually attempt to stop the ball making contact. Out,
Amazing catch 24:20
That was brilliant, great stuff.
How’s Conor though?
Out for the season we think 😢
Dam bro I hope Connor didn't dislocate his arm at the shoulder socket there... Looked a bit loose at the shoulders joint there🫣 would be really unlucky if he did😮
Muscular injury he said a few days ago, out for the season we think
Well, best game ever SEEN because of the extra camera - nice one.
isn't there a blandford that used to be bowl a lot quicker? thought that was Tom!
That grab at 0:33 ….😂😂😂
And the crowd went wild, oh hang on, he's getting his thermos out.
Best catch ever!!! Great game
Why doesn’t Tom bowl pace anymore? Did he pick up a knock? He was rapid a few years back
That was his brother Matt Blandford several years back before he moved to NZ (yes there’s 3 blandford brothers 🤣)
@@ThreeBridgesCricketClubah silly me, I didn’t know there were three! 😂
Can't believe he couldn't knock it off in last over
Going for the big shots, with five needed probably should have just run it around but fair play to the bowler who kept it tidy under a lot of pressure.
My thoughts exactly. Bognor should have one that in the last over.
That spinner needs to be called for throwing!
Bognor's Harris is not bowling - he is THROWING the damn ball down the wicket. How's he getting away with that 🤣
Spinner is a monster chucker if ever I've seen one.
Was it Tom who was bowling off spin who used to bowl quick ?
That was brother Matt blandford who bowled quick!
That spinner definitely throws it
Bognor Regis XI playing with two CHUCKERS today xD
Never in doubt.
What a grab 😅
Don't think George was at fault for the run out. His call and was still waiting when non-striker decided to stop watching.
Sub fielder at slip 🤔. Also no idea how the total was reduced - surely a dodgy calculator?
Catches win matches.
What. A. Catch.

Best | Game | EVER!!!!!!
Spinner belongs in baseball. Shocking
Rowan sending a message to all the haters.
that woolnough bloke gotta be the biggest chucker in the sussex leagues
You must have missed the bloke from a couple of weeks back?
is it me or is every team you play wear some green haha

I think they meant he was unlucky for him to top edge it straight to the man
@@joshuascott8617 With a better pull-shot technique there wouldn't have been a top edge in the first place is what I am saying.
Why don't you state the better pull shot technique here, so Rahul might read it and improve?
