Throughly enjoyed this walk around what is still a beautiful area of Malta. Not a crane in sight and a gentle reminder of the elegance that was once to be found throughout Malta. I loved the tribute to the old railway too. Thanks Steve
Glad you enjoyed it village inner cores are saved from cranes soooo far in Malta
Thank goodness! I first visited in 1976 and used those buses on a regular basis. They had great character and always seemed to be driven by teenagers 😅
Great video! Unforgettable Evening Walk through Attard and Balzan, & The Old Train Station’ is so captivating. Your commentary throughout the walk really enhances the experience and makes it feel like we’re there with you. Keep up the great work!

Loved this video, the old buildings, villas, the history etc, fantastic Steve we love Balzan, we have a friend who once owned a small bar there and although we have been to the bar a few times we can't remember exactly where it was , i may be able to find it by sight although it was a few years back.
Thanks Steve, pleased the builders have left some of Balzan as it was. 👍😊
Glad you enjoyed it Inner cores of villages are saves so far in Malta
Thanks for this beautiful video Steve! Balzan is very close to my heart.I used to stay with my Aunty who was a nun in the convent over there, when I visited from Australia.
Glad you enjoyed it Frida
I really enjoyed this video, such a lovely area, you made it very interesting from start to finish. Such lovely buildings and gardens.
I loved the Cardboard train, I remember going to a station somewhere and there was an old railway carriage, it was near a play school. The carriage got vandalised, shame Malta doesn't do more work pushing the old railway.
It would be lovely if they made a walk under Medina where the railway once ran to the hospital.
I look forward to another tour.
I just love going to Malta.
I walks said that about Mdina tunnel ..they could do lots with it !!That train coach is in B'kara main park now very nice area think it being changed a little now
Hi an excellent video and i really enjoy you walking around Malta showing us different parts of beautiful Malta. Belzan looks lovely the buildings and the narrow streets look so beautiful. Thank you for making this video.
Thank you very much! Bobby lovely to hear from you my friend
Been through the “tunnel” in San Anton Gardens many times and then out to the Kitchen Garden. Absolutely fascinating video Steve. Thanks for sharing it with us.
So nice of you
Hi Steve, excellent video, brought back a lot of childhood memories. Incidentally the "old post office" building you mention was actually a primary school in the 60's ....I attended there as a small boy.! Your walk from there was my walk home from school plus a little more past the old bakery..Three Churches street. Well done and keep the vids coming.
Thanks for the info! I had no idea....lots of hidden secrets on every turn !!

Do you speak Maltese or do you get by just speaking English there? Thanks in advance for the information
Its very easy to live here only speaking English, maybe some locals find it hard to get into a deep conversion, and a few work men maybe, but tourist area very easy, But I know many even Maltese speak english only !
