I love how shiny the floors are and that junior master suite the tile in that shower was a fun sparkly touch , but my favorite by far is the light fixtures, I love light fixtures my favorite thing in the whole world

Beautiful Fort Lauderdale mansion, I like the dining room with the beautiful chandeliers. I like the white marble kitchen with the sputnik chandeliers. I like the living room with the L couch and the view of the Intracoastal. I like the master bedroom and I like the white marble master bathroom with the floating tub, walking glass shower, and sputnik chandelier. I like the big balcony.
I swear this dude takes the MDT from Overtown and just starts shooting videos in people's houses. I like his style though, mark my words this time next year he'll be #1 in the game.

This is a beautiful home, very much to my taste. The cool tone, the spacing, the ambiance and an air of serenity make this property a toast of luxury; but why not central air instead of 4 A/C units for a house this elaborate and expensive? Not to mention being only "elevator ready" instead of actually having an elevator in place. I truly love this house but a bit disappointed in what seems like a builder's omissions or cutting corners on cost. However Jason, you did an excellent job showcasing this property. WELL DONE !
I think he means there are 4 central air units. In Florida it's common to have different HVAC systems for different zones of larger houses. My 2200 square foot house near Orlando had 2 separate HVAC systems, and this is quite a bit larger than that.

What kind of net worths do owners of homes like this have? I'm imagining they're all balling enough not to need a mortgage aka all cash buyers?
Nah, these types will get a mortgage and if they have the cash, they'll invest it and use the cashflow to cover the costs of this home.
That or folks will spend their entire savings on this and be house poor

Most of these people are inherited money also. This means throughout a few generations perhaps their grandparents, parents and themselves have earned enough money to never have to worry about money. They own a business or two and are perhaps all mostly doctors or lawyers by proffesion and such.
