We send ours at 55 days old, as for picking our birds we start with a team of 45 yb, s we build them up through a training programme that mimic the olr we targeting, we usually get 3/7 birds back from final 350km training flight and the best of them 3/7 will be paired together and the young sent! My best performance is 3rd algarve golden race, 4th king of speed, and rpra olr 1st place and overall ace bird

How old do send them how many days ?
For the OLRs, I like to age them a little bit. I usually send them out when they’re between 7-8 weeks old. In this video, the ybs are 7 weeks old.
