2 years ago i trusted this brand and installed 5W18GBT Window Ac from reliance digital, also it looks simple and sophisticated but it starts giving us trouble next season. Since then i decided to take the matter to the forum and want money back with interest, i don't have time to get into trouble of sending a notice to them.
However due to summer we have opted for ac gas filling service, after 3 months no cooling. This brand is all about money, arrange technician visits and that too charges 500-/

I can see like me some of the users facing remote getting locked. I hope this is a simple procedure which can be replied here in the comments. We have installed the same ac two weeks before since then two times gas has been leaked and now its not cooling as it cooled the room for the first two days.I have received service employee for five times now I could not spare time from my busy schedule,So is it possible to exchange the ac with another.

We are getting a siren sound in the indoor unit for 5-8 minutes when ac is on gradually siren sound reduces and sound gets off
