- In theosophy and anthroposophy, the Akashic records is a compendium of all universal events, thoughts, words, emotions, and intent ever to have occurred in the past, present, or future in terms of all entities and life forms, not just human. They are believed by theosophists to be encoded in a non-physical plane of existence known as the mental plane. It is believed all thoughts, words, intent etc. generates its own unique "frequency or vibration" which is stored in the Akashic Records.
When you hear the term Akashic Records, what comes to mind? When I first heard it, my first thought was of a giant filing cabinet of information. Some people think of the Akashic Records as a library, or a book. Some think of it as a database.
Those who champion the truth of the Akashic Records assert that they were accessed by ancient people of various cultures, including the Indians, Moors, Tibetans, Bönpo and other peoples of the Himalaya, Egyptians, Persians, Chaldeans, Greeks, Chinese, Hebrews, Christians, Druids and Mayans. It is held that the ancient Indian sages of the Himalayas knew that each soul, jiva, atma, or entity recorded every moment of its existence in a "book", and that if one attuned oneself properly then one could access that book (refer mindstream for example).
Nostradamus claimed to have gained access to the Akasha, using methods derived from the Greek oracles, Christian and Sufi mysticism, and the Kabbalah. Other individuals who claim to have consciously used the Akashic Records include: Charles Webster Leadbeater, Annie Besant, Alice Bailey, Samael Aun Weor, William Lilly, Manly P. Hall, Lilian Treemont, Dion Fortune, George Hunt Williamson, Rudolf Steiner, Max Heindel and Edgar Cayce amongst others.
Edgar Cayce (/ˈkeɪsiː/; 18 March 1877 - 3 January 1945) was an American clairvoyant who claimed, uniquely, to channel his own higher self. During these sessions, Cayce would answer questions on subjects as varied as healing, reincarnation, dreams, the afterlife, past-life, nutrition, Atlantis and future events. Cayce, believed that it was his subconscious mind exploring the dream realm, where he believed minds were timelessly connected. Cayce founded a nonprofit organization, the Association for Research and Enlightenment, to store and facilitate the study of his channelings, as well as run a hospital. A biographer gave him the nickname The Sleeping Prophet.
Some consider him the true founder and a principal source of the most characteristic beliefs of the New Age movement.
Until September 1923, his readings were not systematically recorded or preserved. However, an article published in the Birmingham Post-Herald on October 10, 1922, quotes Cayce as saying that he had given 8,056 readings as of that date and it is known that he gave approximately 13,000-14,000 readings after that date. A total of 14,306 are available at the A.R.E. Cayce headquarters in Virginia Beach and on an online, member-only section along with background information, correspondence, and follow-up documentation.
Other abilities that have been attributed to Cayce include astral projection, prophesying, mediumship, viewing the Akashic records or "Book of Life", and seeing auras. Cayce said he became interested in learning more about these subjects after he was informed about the content of his readings, which he reported that he never actually heard himself.

Nope. You are merely a telepathic voyeur to your own first kiss occurring simultaneously to now. Akashic records are an impossible misnomer because simultaneous time means history does not occur. You live all of your lifetimes simultaneously as counter-intuitive as that may seem. You must manifest enough to analyze the timelines of your magic or coincidences/synchronicity.
You have never had a memory. Not one. You attune to the actual event which is simultaneously now.

Perhaps the akashic records exist. We are recycled or souls that is. Each one our souls is a tiny part of God. Then all this a dreamstate of mind. Edgar Cayce is my ancestor on my father's side 3 times removed. Our last name is not pronounced, Casey. It's French and is pronounced Case, but when my family immigrated to America, they changed the spelling and started pronouncing it Cah-say. Before my family immigrated to America, it was actually DuCayce they dropped the Du when they arrived in America. Anyways, everyone on my father's side has gifts and is able to access the Akashic Records, though some are not enlightened enough to realize it. Once you possess the ability to access them, it is the most freeing feeling its truly amazing. To not only be able to see everything I have done in the past present and future of my life in the 3rd dimesion but every dimension that exist which is pretty much an unlimited amount of them is so awesome and very humbling.

@@chirelle.alanalooney8609 I'm not sure if I have ancestors still living in France. I grew up not knowing my father and his side of my family until I was 23 and found my dad. That is when I found out about Edgar Cayce and how they made it to America. I met a lot of my father's family I'm sure not all of them but it's very possible I may have relatives in France. I know Edgar's son passed away in 2013 at 95 years old and lived in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I've never actually had the chance to meet him before he passed away. My father's side of my family is very aware of everything Edgar accomplished and the gifts he had.

When I was 23 (I’m 80 now) a book about Cayce - There is a River- started me studying his life and his work.
He Definitely had a gift Cayce was a real profit.
I’m 65 and my Mother started me on Casey I was 10 . I was a ARE member for years and had access to the Carey readings and got monthly paper to read, I really enjoyed them. They became to expensive for me in the 90’s 😟 but if you ever get the opportunity to study Casey dodo.

Every since I was a little girl I always dreamed of this huge library. It was not till my adult life I learned the name Akashi records. My experience is like that of the matrix the scene where trinity asks for a download to fly the helicopter 🚁. I believe whenever we need something we have access to it. No one taught me and I never read a book it is within us all. The library I have access to is huge over 100 stories high the books only need to be touched and information is released. I believe we all have access to this and you only have to seek ask knock and receive 💜

Not everyone that speaks of the records has corret info or has had the experience because the reality is if you had trauma of any kind that has affected your mind; in inhibits your ability to tap into your records proficiently. We have to heal the mind to REMEMBER!!!!!!
I never understood why people think it is a library. From my experience there is no library, just the knowledge. maybe that is fabrication for some people to comprehend the concept of the endless knowledge but I have never got that. I wish I can see it like a library.

The biggest revelation I received from the Edgar Cayce readings was the knowledge he gave that we all have lived many lives and karma is always stalking us from past indiscretions or past positive lessons. We are all more than we think and we never die. Always remember the golden rule as the cornerstone of life. "Do unto others that what you wish done unto you". It affects our future lives.

16 years ago I awakened to spirit, I don’t like to call self anything but I guess it’s being a medium. I hear (thru knowing) spirit and I can say it’s pure love.. nothing but love that’s the energy we call God.. and my heart swells with pride knowing we are a part of that loving spirit/energy.. it’s very touching to remember.. I have not seen Akashic records etc.. but I’ve realized there is so much I don’t know, so it’s good to keep open mind and to have a desire to know. We are so loved.. we are love..

Ever since I discovered Edgar Cayce in the early 80s while living in the US, I've been fascinated with his gift of healing and prophesy and his dedication to mankind. Of course, I was already open and ready to learn as much as I could about what's behind the veil. I wrote a book about my searches, my ensuing training to become a Heilpraktiker when I returned to Germany, my visits to astrologers, mediums and healers. It's called Red Hat, Green Boots by Barbara E Doran. I know it's a shameless plug but I've never really advertised it but the few reviews I do have have been very positive. It's about my inner and outer travels. I do not feel as if the journey is over although I have veered off my path a bit. In response to Brian's question, I have attended meditation circles and dipped my toes into medium training (that was powerful) but I found it all quite confusing at times. I was told my energies are quite scattered and I need a lot of grounding, lol. For me, my access has always come naturally through dreams and images. Whenever I focus on something, beit reading Oracle cards, astrology etc. my connection becomes stronger. I have also taken Chakra Reading and Healing classes. Michael Sandler has a great community, as does Lee Harris. Michael of Inspire Nation has a book called AWE on automatic writing, which in my opinion is similar. If I put my mind to it, I can access some innate wisdom. Who know if it's from my guides or whether I'm tapping into the ethers. As I write this, the right side of my crown chakra is vibrating. I also have a book called Akashic Records by Linda Howe. It contains a protective prayer to access the records and is quite good. However, all these things take time and there are books to be written, gardens to be tended, houses to be cleaned etc etc. I have been told many times that I have a gift of mediumship and channelling. The channelling is interesting but the typical stage mediumship does not interest me. I find that when I don't try, when I clear my mind or am daydreaming, that's when I get the best information. I have had countless experiences throughout the years and look forward to many more. Something changes around 2012. I should feel a shift in the energies but around that time I did have several dreams of mass exoduses, flooding etc. Maybe they scared me a bit. How much do we want to see? When I had a healing practice, I often had intuitive hits as to which homeopathic remedies or Bach Flower Remedies to administer. I also sensed things I could never prove e.g. about the deeper nature of the problem. I had to go away and learn to protect my own aura first. It truly is a magical universe, filled with mystery. I've decided to hold a retreat next year on tapping into one's intuition and setting intentions for the future. That is, if I don't get cold feet. The Akashic, for me, is seen as a reflex. It is as automatic as breathing. Once I was stuck in a ditch on a down hill slope facing that same direction in a snow storm. I was going to meet someone who was on his way to help me and as I descended down into the basement I automatically pick up a long rolled up rope in full stride and proceeded to the vehicle. I had never even seen or heard of such a thing, Turned out to be the perfect thing to use in my particular situation because of multiple factors thus getting me out with out a tow truck. Even the guy who pulled me out was impressed as he had seen it done at one point and had forgotten. Typically a chain is used for these types of situations but the rope enabled the truck helping the ability to have a rubber band effect as he had to pull on ice going up a steep grade.
This has been the case in so many instances I've lost count. This is why my best advice for this subject is you are always remembering, not learning. Knowing is better than thinking.

Thank you. I hadn't paid any attention to Cayce for many years. Ever since I was a child, I remembered a scene from a previous life, then later others dropped in. There is a strong sense of what souls in those experiences have been in the current one. In the 90's I had an experience of going over to the other side. There no one asks you how much money you have, what religious philosophy you hold. There are no isms or brands or judgments. It's all about the incredible, ineffable creative power of love, way beyond what we realize here.
So Beautiful! Im 50 yrs old too. And since a teenager discovered Edgar Cayce. Changed my LIFE. Been a voracious reader of allll books that touch upon our real spiritual aspect of ourselves ever since......now the younger generations are discovering all this information. Amazing..✨✨✨

Interesting... According to all of this, I access the Akashic daily. I don't have any method that I could teach. For me, it's simply a part of my life's spiritual experience. It's the waves on water. It's the number sequences I see. The Universe does not speak any human language, as far as I can tell, it only speaks to the heart, in a way, only a person's heart can understand. Yes. I started learning about EC at a very young age via my grandmother who studied him and how to gain access to the Akash in order to develop more intuition, psychic abilities and to manifest abundance in her life, all about 35 years before it popped onto social media. As a practitioner of remote viewing I do recommend starting the practice. You don't have to be psychic to learn the techniques but you will develop that skill as you go. Meditation will also help with developing the neural pathways that lead to these connections and your awareness and focus will increase.

I come to you when I start slipping and you always bring me back. I had a hard time understanding a lot of things at first but it's coming together more and more. I fell asleep about a month ago, after having a particularly nasty series of seizures. Upon waking up I declared that I was God and that time was irrelevant and that life was about empathy and love... My life has obviously changed since then. I didnt even know about any of this before my experience, which was dubbed psychotic break by the ER department. I have since had full access to my past and have been working through my issues. I accessed the Akashi Records quite accidentally. I woke up next to my husband and we were both sarcophagus stone from Medieval times. Our dress, including his sword, were all encased in stone as we lay next to one another. I could only move my eyes until I realized if I hummed and sang the stone casing began to vibrate. If I moved and danced with the song the encasing began to crumble away before my eyes. Then I saw the walls that were as no walls writing messages of deep eternal truths. The writings were magnificently written in searing golden flames, one after another! The humming and music that came from the ethers were the sum total of creation. As I moved and sung the stone crust of the sarcophagi fell away in great chunks and turned to dust. I looked out and into this indescribable hall of vast indigo blue dimension, humming with flaming golden writings of infinite wisdom. And I swayed and hummed to handle this deeply moving download of truths.

I believe the word you use , skein, is pronounced like skane. It refers to the shape of an amount of yarn. The shape is that of a figure eight, or infinity. In that context, what you quote, makes perfect sense. I'm not a word nazi, I promise. I just thought it would be important to the message to clarify, based on what I know.

I had some experiences where I was laying down to sleep. Right at the pivot point of the seesaw between being very calm right before falling asleep and actually being asleep, like a merging of these two phases, there is a feeling of openness in the mind/head. A few times I was able to bring consciousness into that state without being pulled out of the "falling asleep". I could ask myself questions and instantly had answers to it.

Many years ago, my friend lent me Edgar Caycebooks. Which I found very interesting to read. Since then I have been able to buy many more of his books including The Akcasic Records. I learnt so much from him. In a meditation one time, I saw this lava flow and I asked about it, and I was told that I tapped into the Akascic records. They told me it was in the year of 1425 in the Mediterranean sea.
I’ve been reading the Akashic Records for over 10 years and they have grown and changed along with my own perception over the years. I have learned a verity of access methods but the easiest is the instructions in the book Learning to Read The Akashic Records by Linda Howe
I have known about this from my grandmother. Hailing from Indian and following the faith of Hinduism, this Akashic records has been a routine in our growing up age. Today’s jargons were not used. My grandma would say that it’s all there above written already. If you are mindful of that, you will lead a life of acceptance and live to the best of your ability.
Having said this, whether I could access or recognize, I don’t know. But, there has always been a nudge or something that tells me to act in a particular way in some circumstances and it has always proved right which I realize later. I have not listened to it also and have regretted too. I try my best to be mindful but sometimes emotions play their tricks to distract me. I was introduced to yoga, meditation, and prayers in my growing up years. I am 60 years old now. I still do them. It has helped me overcome many challenges. I, as many of the commenters, knew certain things, had skills, was able to pick up a musical instrument knew how to play it and understood the theory at a very young age. All these things came naturally and without study or very little learning. I believe these things are part of our past lives and are accessed thru these records without present knowledge. Cayce was a reluctant discovery for me back in the 70s. After studying and researching his readings I found his accuracy and technique amazing. His revelation of karma and our reincarnation evolution was mind blowing to someone brought up as a conventional Christian. Cayce identified himself as a Bible reading Baptist who questioned his own readings and after doing research on himself which is an interesting story, he accepted reincarnation as ongoing fact for all of us. He stressed everyone should follow the golden rule “do unto others what you wish done unto you” for a more positive karma in future lives.

I did not know what the records were and I was not trying to enter them. I consider myself to be " naturally" spiritual. I guess its always been that way ... but what still sits with me is... one early morning I went to bed and woke up 2 hours later, It felt like I had gained so much wisdom... I remember telling my mother that it felt like Ive lived 10.000 lives and all the info was just .. a lot..I saw life and got all the answers about what was " bothering" me back then, but that was nothing compared to all there is. Pretty awesome. I LOVE it how when you have a question you are taken sp you can see, know and experience that what will make you understand how to proceed and what to do :-)
Been a follower of Edgar Cayce for over 30 years.
I've been able to go into the akashic records it's not difficult and easier than one might think. It requires the ability to accept what's there and open to what messages it wants to share. I see the akasha all the time just by closing my eyes various times throughout the day. I can channel specific questions and get answers for others only with their permission. I wish I didn't feel so alone about all this, but I don't know anyone else in my life who has that ability.
Each ability is unique, just as you are 🤍

While in the 10 day Vipasna silent meditation in 1986, on the 7th day all or almost all of my past lives rolled before my closed eyes as a movie reel. I was quite astounded because several of the people there were also here with me in THIS life. The quality of the relationships was very similar in all those lives. I felt a deep sense of connection and continuity. I could never take any person lightly after that. Since then I've been growing slowly but steadily in the clarity of all being connected.

Before this video, I have never heard of Cayce. I recently bought a book Akashic Records by Melissa Gomes. I am new to this knowledge, and want to research more. And I am already In Chapter 2. There are bonuses as a free audio version, a free work book, and a free book of Runes for beginners. I have not began with those, however, I think I should.

Adam was exploited into eating from that tree. Adam was downgraded to test its offsprings free will. Will they be fit in a higher dimension, will they be trusted with that much power? All of what I just said can be applied to our world today. Our human history reeks of corruption and blood shedding. We are given an opportunity to redeem ourselves and control our instincts. Having been prompted internally to look at Edgar Cayce recently, this video has given me a huge "aha" moment.
Since an awakening experience 2 years ago I have been able to "read" people's energy, but not the happy stuff, and it is in no way intentional on my part, in fact it is very unpleasant. The shadow they cast comes to me in feelings and images. I have not understood until now.
Now I know I am reading their akashic records! What a revelation!
Now I need to know what to do with this, if anything.
I myself have not been able to reach the hall of Akashik records, though it seems that Astral projection is key. Some people say you are only granted the right to see your own records, but obviously Edgar was able to view many peoples. Perhaps it has to do with intent. If anyone knows how to visit the records without using meditation 🧘♀️ you have my ear. Whenever I meditate I fall asleep so I would not have the awareness to explore my records.
