This is the traditional Italian Christmas carol, Carol of the Bagpipers, played on Italian zampogna bagpipe, by Bruce Teter; the tune is also mashed up with the Aria "He Shall Feed His Flock Like a Shepherd" that Handel wrote for his Messiah, which he heard on his travels to Italy.
