Hi! I know ice fillers are essential in a cold drink but what do you think is the adequate amount level of ice in a cup?, regardless of ice shape used, to make the drink enticing, cold last longer but at the same time customers wont feel they are being shortchanged on their beverage?
Where I am, the ice does not necessarily dilute the drink but makes it instantly refreshing. The trick is in the blend of the 'juice'. If concentrated enough, the ice is not an issue. I would say enough to fill the glass to slightly below the rim or about 150-180g of ice for a 16oz cup.

After using the French press, can omit the cloth strainer portion?
Yes you may. I sometimes find sediments in my coffee using French Press hence my preference to strain it again.
