    I finally did it!! Began my journey back in August of -23 with 15 navy seals in 20 min. Today Oct 17th -24 i am a very happy man having just unlocked Level 2 together with the 6-counts. To everyone struggling, just keep coming back that’s the only thing that matters! You WILL get there!! Wishing everyone the best of times💪 and thanks as always Max for this truly life-changing program and for always being there!

    I have no idea what happened to me today.. I was ill a couple of weeks ago, but put out 77 10 counts and 175 6 counts over the weekend.
    Came to this today, literally couldn't do another rep after 26. Completely DOA lol. Very strange.
    I do like the counter though, when I'm in the weeds and breathing through my arse it's very easy to lose count or mishear your count Max.
    I'll be back lol. Take care busy dad's and busy people everywhere 👍

    Great! I like the idea to do one rep every 15 seconds. I always try to do 4 reps in the first 30 seconds of the minute, and that makes me often fail in the 4th rep and gas out. Will try this approach on my next NS day. Thanks Max!

    Did 65 in 20 minutes, the follow alongs really help I’ll admit I had to pause here and there but 65 reps in 20 minutes is on level 1D now to aim for level 2. I’ll also add I went for 4 sprints following this really glad I found the BDT program 💪

    Started your program yesterday. Just about managed Level 1D for both military and navy seals that almost made me vomit and now I still ache all over!! Looking forward to try 65 Navy seals tomorrow if fully recovered! My main aim is to get my BPM in the mid 40s. I currently hover between 58-62 resting at 48 years… I’ll take the physique as a great byproduct though too!

      You'll get there, my man, and many many people also experience significant physique improvements along the way

      @@busydadtrainingthanks for the encouragement. I still need another days rest for my legs. The 150 military burpees have destroyed my legs. I can barley bend down still. I find the navy seals much less demanding. I have lacked cardio a while now while focussing on push-ups and pull-ups. Your program has really highlighted this fact 😂

    Made it through by the skin of my nuts. Somehow getting neck pain and subsequent migraines now. May be the weather.
    Good of you to mention Iron Wolf though, I gotta catch up with that too. "Perfect workout" helped me so much get from 80 to 100 back when.

    Is your body formed 100% only with the 80-minute weekly busy dad routine? Have you achieved your abs, arms, and so on only with burppes and 80 minutes a week?
    I appreciate your response

    • @busydadtraining
      @busydadtraining  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I used to lift weights, but I have not done so in 4.5 years. All I do is my weekly 80 minutes and ten dead hang pull ups per day.

    How much of your physique do you attribute to the last 16months? How much is muscle memory from previous growth you had from weights for example?

    • @busydadtraining
      @busydadtraining  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey my man! It has actually been 4.5 years since I started burpees and abandoned all lifting. I did have quite a bit of muscle going in, though my physique transformed. My shoulders and pecs are more defined now than they have ever been and I have not lost significant size in my legs. I strongly believe that if burpees did not stimulate muscle growth, then I would not have been able to hold on to all my muscle mass in four years of nothing but burpees.

    Fazer barra de costa 03 series e depois ir fazer os bp navy seals, é prejudicial ao desempenho ou vale a pena fazer em momentos diversos?

    Quick question Max, I'm currently at 200 6c ( completed twice) and have completed 2 100 n/s sessions, do you feel I need to focus on 3 sessions a week of the 6 counts to bring those up? I can't express enough my gratitude for this program, I feel rejuvenated at 53...whoops 54!😂 Love the timer by the way! Thank you

      Max said in previous videos that if one is lacking, use 60 mins on weaker movement and 20 on stronger until they level out. Hope this helps

      Awesome to hear, my man! Why not try forcusing on the 6-cts for a month (3x6-cts, 1xseals per week). If you see an increase in numbers, keep at it. If not, go back to the 40:40 split.
