- Baker's Gas lines up three of the most popular Miller Electric multiprocess units. Multimatic 235, Multimatic 215 and the Multimatic 220 we review the differences and also talk about the not shown Multimatic 255. The big difference is the size, power requirements, duty cycle, screen size, TIG capability and price point. The 220 is the ONLY true multiprocess with AC TIG. The 235 and 215 have DC TIG capability. All three machines are rated at 3/8 for steel. The biggest difference is the duty cycle.
