You gotta try out the new Hisuian Overquil, toxicroak, galar mine, it plays 3 hiding dark energy just for pivot reasons but requires no energy for attacking. Im currently on a 7 game win streak with most people conceding!
I just got rocked by this today. What I didn’t recognize was that you are constantly in danger of being hit for weakness against these Regis. And then I thought I could trap them in the active but they can retreat by discarding all energy but then regigigas fills them back up immediately And then you lose the prize race So only way to really win is temple of sinnoh or use steel/dark/grass types so you’re not hit for weakness
Very fun deck to play. Astral Radiance has such strong cards. I already KNOW that LDF is going to piece together a Miltank deck, probably Combee/Vespqueen too. I actually paired up Starmie V with Suicune and also Miltank. I use Inteleon Shady Dealings, Snorlax Gormadize, Frostmoth, Manaphy as supporting cards and of course some air balloons on Suicune and Starmie V already has 0 retreat! Of course throw in Melony, Nessa, Capacious Bucket, those kind of cards and you can do serious damage if your opponent attaches energy or benches too heavy and then always bring in Miltank to stall for energizing up your bench.
I think you focused too hard on regigigas for the second KO on jolteon. If you attached the energy and choice belt on regirock, kept regidrago in the active for pivot, I think you could've won like 3 turns earlier Also the order I said to do the things aren't the order LDF would've been able to do it, but I think all of the steps would've been accomplishable regardless
do you plan to make a deck for hisuian samurott or typhlosion I'd love to plan one of them but I have no idea on how to build it or even what would work for them

We will have to wait and see what the set after Dark Phantasm has in it. It's very odd to have a rotation that doesn't have some form of rod in it. You can run supporters in its sted. As far as energy goes, yeah its gonna be rough, dte would be the choice when Twin is gone but I do think it will get a reprint. Air Ballon isn't a big deal you just run switch cart and you can always manually retreat as well
Pokegear is definitely going to come back and scoop up net is just gonna hurt to miss, but there will hopefully be new beat things for the deck. Immediately after rotation this deck is going to hurt, but it should bounce back
I was playing my Kyogre Groudon deck and came across a variant of this deck. It came down do 2 prizes for the opponent to my 1 prize remaining. I had Volcarona V and he opted to play Regice. He attacks and fails to knock out my pokemon. On my turn I attach a 3rd 🔥 energy and I'm unable to attack with my pokemon. Was there an ability that I was overlooking or was there hack of some sort? Luckily I drew a second escape rope that turn and while he continuously put up smiley faces thinking he somehow prevented me from winning I managed to play one escape rope in time on the clock while shuffling around looking for what caused the prevention of my attack. After playing the second escape rope, he stalled until time commenced and conceded so I wouldn't be able to swing with Volcarona. I'm just wondering if anyone else experiences these glitches.
Out of curiosity, why didn't you attack with Gigas to kill the Mew VMAX? With 1 powerful energy thats a KO. It hits for 300 against Mew plus the buff of powerful

Also, why do you never use your pivots? You tend to promote what you will want to attack with rather than your pivot to leave your options open. Is there a specific reason behind that or do you just feel that it's not worth worrying about changing your mind?

I see professor Bernette being useful in this deck to search out the aurora energy and guaranteed the attacks
