OMG.. as of today April 7 2022
The IRS agent told me that we can’t apply through IRS website and only thing we can do is down load form SS4 and fax it in and may take up to 30 days. We found it hard to believe but I had tried several times to applied on line and my friend tried it too and we can’t.
My young friend follow this video and he got it in 20 mins! Thank you so much for your video! You have no idea how much I need this EIN and can’t wait 30 days!

Thank you for all that you do! I have a question. I watched your inc file video on how to form an LLC and you mentioned how you always go for the address inc file provides instead of your own for privacy. So when you’re inputting the address of where the LLC resides for EIN application, you use the same address Inc File provided correct? Also the same question but for bank account and when applying for permits and licenses with the city and or state? I’m confused on that aspect of it. Please if you can elaborate when and when you can’t use that address provided by inc file. I hope you see this thank you!

Great video, thank you! If someone already has an EIN number and wants to form an LLC with a different name is there an easy way to keep synch up the two entities? Does the name on the EIN have to be changed to the name of the LLC?
What if the location and articles of organization are in the same place? I’m unsure why you said it’s typically different. Did I do it wrong?

Get a DBA. Then get an ein for the DBA. All under one LLC.
