Best thing to do is put it on high and leave it on so the air is always moving in the room. Another think I dont like about it is if you turn the fan off by the light switch on the wall, the light will come on but not the fan. You better never ever ever loose the remote, if you do, you cant operate the fan. Piece of shit, but Im not changing it until it breaks. Poor investment of $100 or however much it was

Thanks mate, yea you can add some scenes with the xiaomi temp & humidity sensor and program it if the temp is higher or lower than a specific point to turn it on automatic!
Just keep in mind that you will have to keep the light switch on all the time to keep it on network, ofcourse you can control it with smartphone or the included remote ...

It Generates plenty of wind on full throttle, you can use the leaf mode( where it generates a really nice wind blow, simulates the wind when you leave open the window-also the same sound levels) !! I have already ordered another one for my bedroom now, really worth the money for me! Also has an Inverted fan mode so you can also use it parallel with your heaters on winter.
I had the same question. I just ordered one, and I can confirm that in circulating mode, it spins the fan the opposite direction and the air flows upward

The fan is extremely weak, I have a platform bed so the ceiling fan is really near and I can still can’t feel the wind. It’s a useless fan
How heavy is the fan? Is it holding up just being mounted with drywall anchors ?
Do I need to have a vent above it? Or does this fan have enough power to just pump out cold air

In the leaf 🍃 setting it is pretty low, you can barely hear it! It is like when you have opened your window and hear the wind blowing

can you take measurements with a noise db meter at all modes in a quiet room ? looks very noisy to me
