Monterey got hit with high winds and rain about 7 am. Bringing down trees, fences, traffic lights, signs and damaging roofs.Power was knocked out to more than 60,000 customers around the Monterey Bay area.
Being a weather geek, you can't even imagine how freaked out I am about this! I lived in western Washington for 40 years, and any tornado reports the news had were always after the fact. I didn't even know west coast weather offices knew how to issue a tornado warning! (FYI: It's the Storm Prediction Center, or SPC, in Norman, OK that issues watches, but local offices issue warnings.)
It shouldnt be doing this unless someone doing this ....not this time of year ...to cold ...but that global warming is a mofo i say....or these Geo units are chem trailing too much lol😂
Remember that this isn’t natural nor is it from us “bottom feeders” 1994 the world agreed to take us out. Everything’s lining up perfectly, unfortunately.
As a california native I never thought I'd see this at this level here. But all I can think is how mid west people be watching laughing their a$$es off 😂
No bro anything below oceano Pismo Beach California is Southern California.... Pismo Beach is considered Central California... Santa Cruz is central California but it's more Northern Central Cali
They even gave it a catergory....imaginge a 4 or 5 ...with california soil...omg 😮 im orig from south east...wasnt as bad as it could of been ....these Geo units need too stop with the seeding atmosphere lol...keep messing with mother nature if you want to...😂
YOU ARE MISINFORMED!!! California gets an AVERAGE of 11 tornadoes EVERY YEAR- most of them in Northern California! This particular one happened near the southern part of California. Get your facts straight.
@@kimminer7341get your facts straight this happened in central California Santa Cruz is nowhere near Southern California.... Anything below oceano Pismo Beach is considered Southern California

Compared to tornadoes in other states this is laughable but will receive nationwide and global attention😂🤣😂🤡👍
Yep. I’m a Nebraskan. This is a little baby tornado by Nebraska standards. An EF-0 or EF-1.
Tornado be like: I dont think this is Kansas, I knew I wasn't supposed to get in 80
Reminded of " She can tell bout the plane crash with a gleam in her eye." Dirty Laundry- Don Henley

Yeah. I thought it was Oakland , San Jose . That's Nor Cal.
SLO County is considered Central Coast. Monterey is called that often too.

CA gets tornados they just normally don't cause damages. LA was hit with one last year cause some damage but not like this one.
@onelove7883 wow
i live in LA
Most people in CA aren't aware tornados are a thing, they just seem to mostly hit areas where they don't cause any damage unlike tornado alley
