Wow! Bianca is not as good quality as I thought. Rocio seems more like ECM Synchronika. ECM is full metal and super good quality. Top notch. And same price a Lelit. El Rocio has dual boiler and also a commercial line. I didn't use them but it seems to be a very solid brand. And as you said, in Korea, they know how to do things perfectly well
The front panel of the stainless steel Lelit Bianca is magnetic though. Just got my machine delivered and found this out when trying to use my magnetic shot mirror. My side panels on the Lelit don't meet up properly with the front panel since the curves at the top corners of the front panel aren't precisely curved. Was slightly disappointed to see that after opening the box it came in.
Lack of the water spout is a gift El Rocio gave us. I have the machine for the 2 months. I use kettel for hot water and I was able to get my wife to agree to spend around 1400 (I took extra wood accents). She was not ready to spend 2-3k for something similliar from Italy.
@WushuTaz Yes, my MaraX is the painted white version, and it feels built like a tank. I find it surprising that his Bianca does not look to be magnetic on the side...
It looks like the MANUS S version has no hot water outlet. the MANUS with no S has a hot water outlet.. but I don't see them selling it on their web site
@ definitely the Move for its 9 min heat up and dual boiler (for the milk based interest) Aria for classic look, ability to burn one’s hand, the “fun” of an E61 lever, fussing with variable flow rate, quiet rotary pump with the fantasy of getting it plumbed to never fill a reservoir or drain a drip tray
Again , you posted Discord link in live chat, then after live is over , live chat is taken off vid. Is this by design ? When you don't post the link , the live chat usually stays on with the vid .
El Rocio is a very famous town in Andalusia, Spain. They have a very well known celebration during Easter holiday.

Waaait a minute, my MaraX is magnetic on the side panels, I can stick magnets (e.g. WDT tool) to it, but the Bianca is not?
The front panel of the stainless steel Bianca is magnetic. Also, the "painted" Biancas seem to have magnetic side panels.

since i drain steam boiler water out weekly, i make 2 latte daily. if it can drain water more easy, it is great
Hi Hoon!
Are you using Mizen ES burrs on your P64?
Yes it is. I like it a lot.
@@HoonsCoffee cool
I have the same and love them too, also swap them at times for the SSP LabSweet v3 red speed coating 😉
Did you find the hot water ?

FYI - Bezzera Aria has a Rotary Pump for less than $3k
Bezzera Aria, $2.1k
- HX / PID / E61 / Flow Control / Rotary Pump / 9.5 wide
Bezzera or profitec move?

That’s a nice looking machine

@@Wesley_Swd he must have just changed the settings , live chat replay is now visible Thanks..
Stainless steel is much better than metal for an espresso machine. Longer lasting and less maintenance. The metal is more susceptible to corrosion.
