How is the bike buddy.. in comparison to the mojo?
+pav_s2003 pavan Well, i havent had a chance to ride Mojo personally, so wont comment. But the fact that dominar is selling like hot cake out there gives dominar an edge over mojo.. However mojo actually defines itself as tourer bike with 21ltr fuel tank and pirelli tyres which i wld have loved on my dominar. But it packs less power in terms of bhp and engine. The fact that it punches in torque close to 6k rpm wld mean tht it will not be easy to generate quick power in city, in case of overtaking if u might have to. To summarise it, we are indians, so until unless we are not rich enough to go for the unique likes of triumph, bmw, ninja, & ducati and are sticking to a range of 2lakh under bike, then its always advisable to go for whats hot in the block and has more user reviews. I had a pulsar before and was disappointed badly coz of its bad quality body parts, thght wld never go for bajaj again and went on to buy 4 other bikes, but am back again to bajaj this time as they have turned their shape entirely and have proved me wrong. So take ur pick accordingly.
PS: ABS is awesome in dominar.
Racing The Highway thanks for the detailed reply. The only concern I have is on the built quality and service quality.. my pulsar seemed to age quick.. I have heard lot of good reviews of dominar and mojo as well.. hence my question.. have u faced any repeating issues so far?
pav_s2003 pavan, The only issue we faced is Vibration coming from Tank or headlight area when you rev above 4k RPM apart from that no issues observed so far (But one get used to it in some time). Service is also good and bajaj is making sure that this should be a game changer for them. No heating issues, Paint Quality is top notch, ABS ...Slipper clutch etc are the highlights of this bike which makes it stand out from crowd in 2 lakh budget. Do let us know if this helps. Cheers !!!

Bro, I would suggest you to hold on for December if you can. I understand that you might be facing issues with breaking but handling you would not feel any drastic difference with Dominar. So if you can find some jugad for breaking do it and see how Benelli Trk 502 comes up. You have Mojo so I understand that you are looking for a long distance cruiser then why not a affordable Adventure bike. If you are facing some serious issues and you dont want to wait for Benelli Trk 502 launch then go for it but take a proper ride to see comfort handling before making any decision. Cheers !!
