Hi guys, I tried to install Lluvia d guard today but seat was still not able to fit properly even after using all lifters. The grab rails is still sitting a bit higher. Did you guys also cut the circular seat rubber from bottom???
@@vijendrakhemnar: Hi Vijendra, you are right.. I had to cut the circular edges a bit for the seat to fit in properly.. However when we did the other bike it was a perfect fit without any cut... So guess it's a slight misfit in some cases... But it would fit eventually after repeated use
Racing The Highway ohh !!! Let me try to remove everything and fit again. Btw how much did you cut ? I mean half or less than that ? Also since you cut the rubber are there any vibrations?
@@vijendrakhemnar: You just need to cut slightly on the edges, till you feel it's a fit. As for vibrations, well never had any.. but of course don't go about cutting it entirely if you are going for the cut..
@Racing the Highway very nice informative video . Planning to order one from lluvia . Well a question, I could see that the saddle stay is pretty close to the body infact it's inside the part where D400 is written.after putting the saddle bag does it rub the body by any chance???
Sagar patil: Hi Sagar, thanks for ur feedback, we are glad that you liked it. Well we recently used Rynox Drystack in our leh ladakh ride.. We did not observe much of rubbing against the D400 panel.. However when on ride, we can never be too careful and there can be chances when it might rub.. But that rubbing can happen even when u have a pillion riding behind you.. Bottom line, we did not find any scratch issue till now.. Cant say the same about a hard saddle bag.. Do watch our leh ladakh ride videos and share your views.. Cheers and Ride safe.
Hi Vijendra: Thank you for writing to us.. Well on this guard we used Rynox Drystack which was amazing during our entire Ladakh ride with no worries in rain... As for Lluvia top rack, the company says that it goes well with the D-Guard and it is advisable to go for same company set if you really want to go for it.. though we did not feel much need of it in our ride, but then it all depends on how much luggage u want to carry and how u want to carry. Hope the feedback helps.. and do check out our Ladakh ride trailer and share your feedback . If you have any more queries about any other accessories, feel free to ask. Ride Safe and ride hard.. Cheers mate
Racing The Highway , you are right it all boils down to how much luggage one is carrying. Btw how is the pillion comfort with these d guard? Do they obstruct legs of pillion ? Is there any need to remove sari guard ? I saw couple of images from Lluvia where they have removed sari guard.
@@vijendrakhemnar well with just the guard, there is no issue with the pillion rider.. the pillion cannot even feel if there is one there.. can't comment on how comfy the pillion would be if you are fully loaded with saddle bags
Yogesh Pilankar: Hey Yogesh, well the basic purpose of any saddle stay is to hold your luggage.. This does work well with Lluvia and it suits the dominar style as well.. One problen that we did face in our ladakh ride was tht there aren't enough points for tying your bungee cord.. So u need to be very tactical while packing your luggage and using the bungee cords, as there will be limited points in the same. Overall the lluvia guard is sturdy and looks awesome on dominar.. Cheers and ride safe
Hey Jay: when we purchased it we got this at a price of 3800.. But i guess the prices have gone a bit high on.. U can get this from lluvia industries website directly and they will ship it immediatly
Purnendu Singh : Hey Purnendu, you can buy this directly from Lluvia industries website.. Pasting the link below. It will cost u arnd 4-4.5k approx including taxes.. lluvia.in

Thanks VDiaries: We are glad you liked it. Do check out our Ladakh Ride Trailer and let us know if you like it...
Will we get bigger screw if we want to add even foot rest since it fits in the same place as D guard
Is lluvia D Guard compatible for most of the saddle bags and panniers? What's your experience.
Dude i am confused between dgaurd and saddle stay...any suggestion
Both almost serves the same purpose but I think saddle stay is bit less in price than dguard , it depends on you.
D guard goes well with the design of Dominar and adds style to ur bikes.. and it serves the same purpose as saddle stays
But you cannot add panniers in future if we go with D guards I guess.
Thanks guys !!! Really helpful :)
