  • The Kaz family heads to Napa Valley, CA to spend the week with friends and exploring the beautiful wine region. While there, they get to mooch-dock and a house in the middle of the vineyards for a night before heading to Skyline Wilderness RV Park in Napa. Since our friend Amy works for HALL wines, we get to visit their three AMAZING tasting rooms in the valley. Before leaving the valley, they go to Luke's choir concert and the Jelly Belly factory in nearby Fairfield, CA.
Then the family packs up and heads north to Lassen Volcanic National Park. Although a big section of the park was still closed because of snow, they get to do some hiking and exploring around the park. A highlight hike was to the top of Cinder Cone, an old volcano that erupted and created some amazing landscape all around it.

I bet you can't wait to show your sons girlfriend or fiance this video in the next 10+ years, especially the part where he is making faces. LOL

They are always so silly in the background when we're driving. I love it!! It'll be great for a future love interest to see this.

Nie jestem Polak. Moja żona jest Polką z Mazowsza. Nie jesteśmy całkiem sąsiadami. Mieszkamy w Vacaville.
There is good mountain stream fishing in Hat Creek, which runs beside the Subway Cave. It appears you did not hike into Bumpass Hell. That is worth the effort. Also about a half hour north on Highway 89 from Subway Cave is Burney Falls. Definitely a Kodak moment.
