As a youngster I remember going to the barbershop for a haircut and there being a radio on in the back ground. No one had TV's in the shop back in my day, but everyone had a radio on. To this day I still have a radio on whenever I can. I no longer watch TV ..... I get my entertainment on TH-cam. When I was about 12, I got my first small table top radio and would leave it on low at night when I went to sleep every night. Have always loved radio.
In the mid 60s, I had a cheap red pocket transistor radio with a white earpiece. I would get under the blankets at night with my flashlight and that radio, and I would listen to talk radio and music.. I was about 11 or 12 years old. Great memory.

Merci Chris ! Ça me plaît beaucoup ! 🇫🇷
I would be very pleased with that job.
Maybe they're hiring. Ask if they need another Shiner.
Tassel tape………………there’s a first 😂.
I still miss our girl at Olympic Shoe’s 😔
Me too :(
Actually, a nice touch taping the tassle ends up, but I guess he didn't get the memo about saddle soap first.
looks like he used some sort of stripping cleaner
@@iMacMan54 I've had more than a few tassels tore off my shoes by over-aggressive shiners.
