If you ever visit Lajpat Nagar you will definitely say it is not possible because building shown in this video are looking like office spaces but Lajpat Nagar market is already well planned and need only some modification, I don't know from where they can get so much open space maybe far away from market, and in roads also side buildings are not looking like indian buildings but a IT sector companies and they can change the roads but can't change the building, like Chandni chowk they should develop it like this and for Chandni chowk traffic ko rokna pada tha entry sei par yaha par vaise hi vehicle entey nahi hoti, so much open space is useless for half year bcoz of hot climate and rain, in Japan also all markets street are not so much wide but whole streets are covered with roof of glass which look very beautiful and a solution to hot climate and rain, like turkey main tourist attraction market where you will feel crowd like Chandni chowk but you will feel good, yeh public attraction Hain ya phir market
Please do something like this for Chandani chowk too. Remember, redevelopment does never mean that you are gonna remove the indian-ness with everything western.
