Some companies still use old Hypermesh. It will take time to completely shift to the new interface. As all the features are almost similar in both interfaces, learning any interface is profitable!

Both are similar in all technical and modelling aspects. Hyperworks is just a little more user friendly and sophisticated in terms of user interface.
