In this game, the heals/shields that scale off of another stat its worded with the character names. For example Beredice's shield its says sth like "scales with Beredice's 15% max hp instead of 'their' ". Same with chang pu. Usually all the heals scale with targets max HP. If it has an extra scaling it will say the users name.
This is what ive been trying to tell people lol. the skill is worded wrong. THANK YOU for putting a video out. I tested this with lvl 1 units and still healed like 1600 on them. I dont think a lvl 1 unit has 32k HP lol. Everyone just reads it and thinks its correct but no one actually does the maths lol.
Haha its okay Kacchan. Clara heals really well and that's usually it! Unless your defense is lower then yea its possible she can get very irritating with her chipping dps

Your relics are so op that they are the same amount of hp for every esper you own now so that clara will heal everyone the same.
