Rock Climbing at Red Rocks. Solar Slab. Colorado Springs, Colorado.

We are spending the summer in Colorado Springs area and found a nice place to do some fun climbs. Red Rocks Open Space is a park just south of Garden of the Gods. For the most part the climbs are single pitch. A great place to learn the fundamentals of rock climbing or hone your skills.
If nothing else it is a beautiful place to take a walk.
The climb in the video is rated 5.6. What I like about this place is the number of easier moderate climbs. However if you climb at a higher level there are a number of challenging routes as well.
