I mean this in the nicest possible way, but I can't believe how Andrew got this far in the game without knowing almost anything about how it works. Wondrous Physick, Two-handing weapons, Summons adding health, even his items bar. This is proof that with enough patience, you can really brute force these games. Andrew out here playing on the Hardest Mode out of sheer ignorance. 10/10, no notes. Never stop.
I’ve been struggling with this boss but now I’m feeling a lot more confident because if Andrew can beat it knowing basically nothing about how the game works I can definitely do it.

Crazy everyone else installed discord instead of using browser discord before Andrew Crazy he said he’d eat a pencil then didn’t so to farm comments in his least favorite way
@@buddyog1644 it’s honestly hard to contextualize. The physick is basically an item that you get to use once per life that gives you major boosts like health regeneration or completely negating the next hit you take. Or it lets you stagger enemies easier or stagger less yourself. The whole point is you can mix any 2 of like 40 different superpowers and use it once per life. Im not really a halo guy but I think it’s like if you didn’t know about armor abilities at all. You use it for every boss fight for sure.
@@buddyog1644 oh also it’s funny that not only does he not know about it, he’s glazed past it so many times that he doesn’t even know he’s getting the word wrong.
Andrew must have skipped through every pop-up in this game without reading them. Really impressive he got this far without knowing how almost any mechanic in the game works
To be fair. He did state within the first 60 seconds and I quote “I don’t read anything with this game.” Seems like he isn’t a reading guy if it isn’t in the form of a recipe or cooking instructions for ramen.
I am convinced that Andrew might be the best Elden Ring player of all time, given how he made it this far without knowing anything. No physiks, no two handing, nothing. If he learns this stuff he will be unstoppable.
I agree it's weird that he didn't know he could 2 hand, but is it that weird not to? I've got 400 hours in this game and I've never 2 handed anything unless it was a 2 in 1 weapon cuz I use a greatshield.
@@luigiongaming3959 Agreed, I think it is weird that he didn't know, not that he isn't. I dual wielded through my first two playthroughs, but I think the weapon he is using should either be 2 handed or a second one in the off hand.
Through the AH years I always had the image Andrew was really good at games. He's still good, but imagine if he paid attention to stuff like 2 handing, Wondrous Physick, 99 Vigor diminishing returns, using good talismans, etc. What an unstoppable force he could be
Playing the entirety of Elden Ring and the DLC and not knowing who Miquela is is surprising, considering the whole DLC centers around him. I know From's storytelling isn't the most straight forward, but it's not like they were hiding what was going on with him.
Wow. Quite amazing, I put this vod on as I also was struggling with this boss. And at the exact same time Andrew kills him I do the same. Hearing him panic the exact same way as I did was entertaining.
This man... Didn't know how to two hand...didn't know how to use the physic...didn't know spirits buff the boss...had an empty cerulean tear flask in his consumables hot bar...how? It's insane how much work that massive health bar, huge number of quick heals and reach and speed with the big katana does. Starting to think I over complicated my build
Watching Andrew not dodge attacks is fascinating. He mentions wasting healing items, but then continued to just stand still swinging and being swung on.
It's honestly impressive to not know any of the mechanics. I can forgive Andrew for not knowing 2-handed since I think it only gives prompt at very start of game, but not knowing wonderous physik or how to equip consumables is remarkable. Did he just never look at a single item he picked up? Kind of surprised he isnt still using base armor/weapon. Feel like the 'Sewing Machine' star is trying to play tennis without knowing you can backhand.
It's insane that he played the entire game and is still so ignorant about it. You'd have to actively ignore everything the game tells you or play in another language or something. It's like he has negative curiosity. I guess this is the same guy who was scared to try adjusting his new chair, so that tracks.
He's pretty much stated he has no curiosity and doesn't ask questions. That story he told where his friend said they were going to paint their cat and he just assumed that they were going to spray paint their cat instead of painting a picture. And just went on thinking that.

I could've one shot him without a cheese build if I wasn't stuck on NG7. Instead it took me 10 hours before switching to a cheese build 😂
I drives me crazy when people play these games without trying to know about the lore. The games are so much more rewarding when major bosses are revealed when you understand you they are
