Friendship
Friends .... Companions in our lives. Sometimes true helpers and angels in times of need. Sometimes silent listeners who help us to open our hearts and share what is stirring and moving within us. Sometimes also "counsellors" who guide us a little. When we can no longer find our own way because we have lost direction in our thoughts and actions and can no longer find the proverbial "forest for the trees".
Friends have many roles. They can come unexpectedly and leave unexpectedly. Whatever form they show up in and however long they stay ... we can be grateful for the time they have been with us or continue to walk our path through life with us - sometimes for a lifetime.
