Also, police in NI do have different protocols/procedures to police in England, Scotland and Wales under the agreement and the executive. There're within their rights to search the guy. There're also allowed to stop any random car and do a drug/drink test even if there are no suspicions of law breaking.

@@sinead8039 the UK is just a collection of 4 countries with their own cultural identities. Bring Scottish and part of the UK doesn’t make you any less Scottish. Same applies for those living in Northern Ireland.
