It wasn’t mentioned in the interview, but this order is growing so much that they are in the process of completing a new daughter house in the Ozarks - in Ava, Missouri - which will include the first ever shrine dedicated to fathers in the country, and they could still use donations. Also, they don’t have just one album; they have several, the latest of which is dedicated to Sister Wilhelmina, but their Advent and Christmas albums are also wonderful. Truly the voice of angels.
Yes, my daughter had been aspiring to them before they exhumed Sr. Wilhelmina, she prayed to know if this specific order was the one… and that very week after she finished her novena, our TLM informed us that these Benedictines were coming to Evansville, IN… an hour from us… in our back yard!!!!!
I have their advent Christmas and lent albums through iTunes, but the rest of the ones I have I purchased personally at their mother house gift shop in Gower, Missouri. I didn’t want Apple to benefit again from another purchase, so I bought it from them directly and then I imported the music into my iTunes on my computer
Sr. Misericordia, O.S.B...always smiling and full of joy! Thank you for sharing this interview and featuring the Benedictines of Mary, Queen of Apostles!
I went there! The chairs behind them had a huge cat sleeping on one of them when I was there. One of the young nuns came into the gift shop as my sister and I browsed. She spoke only briefly to let me know that the Rosary I was holding was Sister Wilhelmena's favorite- the Chaplet of the Precious blood. It was such a beautiful experience to stand beside the ground from which her incorrupt body was taken. I prayed the evening Rosary with the sisters. The whole place resonated with the peace that passes understanding. Our lives were and are profoundly changed.
The joy that emanates from this beautiful Benedictine nun gives me hope for our Church. Thank you for your witness of our Catholic faith and for the community’s gift of your music of traditional Gregarious chant. The world and the Church are blessed by your vocations. Oremus pro invicem!!! God’s blessings to you.
These women are a true blessing. God makes it clear how much He is pleased. Imagine if we had women likes these teaching our youth. Ora pro nobis Sancta Dei Genetrix, ut digni efficiamur promissionibus Christi.
This is beautiful. You can definitely tell the difference between divine joy which is eternal and temporal joy of people who have God in them and those who do not. May the Lord continue to bless them 🙏🏽
We are so grateful for these nuns in our back yard between Kentucky and Indiana!!!!! Also was able to take my daughter to see her incorrupt body before she was closed off.
O how beautiful to see the Holy Traditional Vestments! They look so Beautiful! O thank you Sister Wilhellmina for your Adoration to our Jesus, through your congrigation. Thank you Sister for sharing your beautiful life with us! Dominus Vobiscum!
My very first time attending the TLM was November 2019. All it took me to fall in love with the TLM was one single time. I have been attending the TLM for four years now. Ave Maria Purisima gratia plena, ora pro nobis. Amen. Latine: Gloria Patri Gloria Patri, et Filio, et Spiritui Sancto, sicut erat in principio, et nunc, et semper, et in saecula saeculorum. Amen. Thank you.
The emphasis on Mother Church is important. The role of a mother is to pass on culture, through family stories, music and rituals however mundane they may be, such as how to make a bed or to cook a meal, or in a larger way by educating a child in their religion or tribal traditions. Modernism dismisses all of this, and actively tries to suppress it, silencing the old songs, eviscerating the rituals and disparaging the culture. There is no sense of a Mother Church in the modernist paradigm.
Don't forget about the Carmelites in Tradition. In full communion. Served by the FSSP. In another discussion you stated it was surprising that Sr. Wilohmena was a Traditional Contemplative. That is so neo con! For me that would be proof of sanctity. Not a blended contemplative active, but one that holds to the authentic teachings of St. Teresa and John of the Cross.
+ Peace & Joy! These classical Benedictines were founded before Pope Francis became pope. So they are authentically obedient, as the Catholic Church has defined the virtue of obedience since lived by Jesus to His Father in Heaven during Jesus' Holy Passion & Death. This cloistered Catholic Order is thriving, with 4 Monasteries as of January 2025. Alleluia. They pray for Everyone on earth & in purgatory, in Union with the Holy Trinity & the saints in Heaven.
OH WOW!!! OH MY GOOODNESS CAN YOU imagine?!!! "Feast" actually means to... Ya know, TO FEAST?!!! WHO WOULD'VE GUESSED?!!!!🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 Seriously? How STUPID does Mr.. Weston think we actually are?!!! How utterly insulting.
Dial it down several notches. In a secular world, it's not a shocking idea that people don't connect what we call a saint's feast day to an actual victual feast. It's a similar disconnect in what we call a "holiday" usually being a holy day. You're seeking offense where there is none.
What so intriguing about this distorted Catholic Mass? There are none more ignorant and useless than those who seek answers on their knees their eyes closed, disregarding the community of faith as irrelevant. Many critics of Marcel Lefebvre’s followers have limited themselves to a narrow selection of music, considering ignorance as their fundamental knowledge. I understand that to comprehend the situation, intelligence is required.
Distorted? More than a millennium of organic growth is distorted, but a banal, on the spot product cobbled together by committee is so wonderfully clear? Speaking of intelligence, or lack of it, you're displaying yours by this comment. Here's what someone who was significantly more intelligent than you had to say about the Church's richness of treasures in its liturgy and history: "What earlier generations held as sacred, remains sacred and great for us too, and it cannot be all of a sudden entirely forbidden or even considered harmful. It behooves all of us to preserve the riches which have developed in the Church’s faith and prayer, and to give them their proper place." - Benedict XVI Begone troll.
To the contrary, the pope has directed that those with traditional practice as part of their charism (see the FSSP) may retain it. So no, they aren't disobeying directives. Even in Traditionis Custodes, the traditional liturgy is not banned, but its use restricted to the purview of the Holy See. The Holy See is well informed of these nuns. Nice try.

@ that’s great! People can also order directly from their web site and they will ship the items, for those who can’t make it to Missouri.

What a beautiful nun, and what a great way to call young women to the convent. God bless all who enter the Catholic/Christian vocations.
Sister Misricordia is so joyful. You can feel the presence of Our Lord and Our Lady.
Viva Christo Rey! Ave Maria!
Thank you, John-Henry.

My daughter lives a few miles from Regina Laudis in Connecticut. I was blessed and privileged to attend their traditional Christmas mass.
We are so grateful for these nuns in our back yard between Kentucky and Indiana!!!!! Also was able to take my daughter to see her incorrupt body before she was closed off.

OK, so who in the right mind would say, what they are doing is not working.......
I really want to visit the Sisters
Can you interview the SSPX sisters next?
They are not catholics.
Viva Cristo Rey Ave Maria! Thank you, God bless 🙏!
Why hasn’t the bishop/priests/cardinal in LA blessed the hydrant water (including where they store it)?
🐳🐧🎣🦕🐲🐉Fire of life we pass through become steel... IMMANUEL we wait return of King... cloistered Sisters will bewildered IMMANUEL Power.

An order is apparently being set up here in England.
Does anybody know if they ship there Cd’s to the UK?
How beautiful...i wish
i can see you hard to use video footage in places, were you not allowed inside to film and talk with other nuns
There are many mansions in the Lord's house
I pray that Pope Francis keeps his hands off this Holy Community or he'll have Sister W to contend with.
John Henry does much damage to the Church as well.
