Heyyo, make sure to check the amount of general increased damage you get. You want to keep it as close to power and combat advantage as possible because they function exactly the same (crit sev too, but only on crits) but as separate multipliers. 3 Damage companions is still more damage than 2 stat companions and a batiri. Heres an easy way to look at it: 5 * 5 * 5 = 125 while 6 * 6 * 3 = 108. Even though you have 15 total units in both examples, the one with even distribution is higher. Don't sacrifice damage for stats :)
Hey there great video! As a barbarian main on PC I'd like to share my thoughts on it. So after watching the video I have 4 major questions/issues about/ with your build 1. AoE-Build: as u might have noticed barbs are very slow when it comes to dealing a lot of aoe dps. Therefore u should try to max. out ur dps for a short time window - especially when running with high aoe Dps. I think ur aoe build is too slow to compete with other classes and I would recommend either swapping "HD" with Roar or reskilling ur feats and using mighty leap. 2. passive companions: swapping out minsc and neverwinter knight for stat companions shouldn't be an option when talking about a max. dps build. yeah stats are nice but they are even better when combined with damage bonuses. there are good builds that don't require companions like feypanther and dark dealer. (btw I personally think u can feel the negative effect of your provoker gloves and I would try to build without those gloves) 3. Master Boons: Don't sleep on the Blessed Advantage Master Boon. You really want to go for max. recharge speed since using encounters more frequently will make u end up with higher dps. (for that reason i would also swap your bonus enchantment and if possible skill some points into charisma) 4. Mount Power/ Insignia Bonus: I'm not sure what excactly you found out about ur single tactician but the main reason to use 2 of em instead of 1 is to get a second encounter rotation out inside that sweet 10s arti call and not within your rage. Maybe i missunderstood you there idk. Also I'd like to mention the hellfire engine that has been buffed recently. It might be the best mount power for most dps classes but it requires a small change in that arti call rotation. Finally I'd like to share my opinion about the difference between ibs and bloodletter. Peronally I'm using bloodletter and I will tell you why.. Ur encounter rotation should be punishing charge - frenzy - bloodletter. Why? because u want to use the power with the longest cooldown first and the problem ur running into with ibs is that u have consumed some of that 50% rage already by the time you would use it. I wouldn't rely on that magnitude scaling and just use the more consistent encounter instead! Let me know what you think about the points I made in this comment. Best regards, Ainz
i just checked on your rotation again and yes your second encounter rotation is not in that 10s window. Even your mount power might be slightly outside that window.. and you can not always rely on the artis being called by your teammates. you could improve your dps a lot if u fix that! (I even checked your recent video mastering mdwp and ur roatation is not inside that 10s window) And you can see very well what i ment about your aoe rotation.. none of your encounters are inside of rage and by the time you would use it and spam relentless slash most mob groups would already be dead.. Maybe I missed it, but you mentioned animation cancelling to build rage, but I didn't see an example of the cancelling. Again, I may have missed it. If its not there, can you explain when and how? Thanks.
You did not miss anything I did mention it but did not describe it. I play console so I only know how to describe it on console. What you do is hold down on the at will that you are using then press on L3 for me (PS5) which is my sprint button. You will do this just as your weapon strikes the enemy. As you get better doing this you will get the timing down where you don't have to watch your strike but it really is that simple
Stormforgerd and blaspheme weapons no good for barbarian? Coz you have to press L3 to activate it powers and barb starts to run or there is another way?
I was with you in MDS. With that equipment you can pack up, I did more than twice as much damage. I would change a few things to get more damage. Now I know why nothing happened. I hope you understand what I mean. Look at other builds. They are better for barbarians. Sorry for the English, I hope you understand what I mean because I use a simple translator.
i would like to see this as well to see what's different with my barby build because my build performs well in content so I would like to what what's the difference!
This is a tough question honestly because everyone use of Zen is different. If you need the coals for upgrading that would be a good idea. Another option would be to get keys to open lockboxes which would have a better value per Zen spent especially if your still looking for 4 slotted mounts and or need comp tokens to upgrade your comps to celestial still. These are just a few options on what you can use it for.
all enemies have a base deflect chance of 50% and deflect sev of 50% if memory serve me correct. Meaning 50% of the time they will deflect 50% damage. Acc is the only stat that negates deflect sev. So having at minimum 50% Acc mean when a deflect is proc'd the enemy won't reduce the damage it takes due to deflect sev does this make sense?
@ I do like it and my dps has increased for ST a lot for burst damage but the only thing I change is for AOE i switch loadouts instead I dont use escalating rage I run a aoe mount ability and a aoe artifact I can do a lot damage with that combo when the tank runs through a dungeon gathering all the ads I do wish we had some sort of new aoe ability for gwf but nonetheless thanks for this build!!!
On my second account Im a 105k dragoborn barby but it's fkn weak, I was on my main account healing and this 90k Barb did 900K damage in MDS at we were only at 2nd boss Ive never seen any dps that high. Literally a billion damage halfway thru a dungeon. WTF.

@N00binHard it was tbf the issue was finding a good enough tank. Especially when your core group is away. It turns into a nightmare very quickly during that time. 🤣

Acc is hard to maintain on a barbarian i would reccomend to aim for about 75% 80% that would be easy to maintain. Also I am glad i could help!

Hey there great video! As a barbarian main on PC I'd like to share my thoughts on it.

you can use the stormforged or blaspheme weapons as this will proc the weapons set, if that is the affect you are going for.

Hi i have 25k zen and im wondering where i should spend it on and if its the right time to spend it (theres 15% reduction for coal motes)
