Imagine going to an interview to work at Miko-chi's shrine, and you were interviewed by the Shrine Maiden cosplayer herself, but you ended up calling her Chappy... lol I know not quite the same, but it's still kinda funny. I've had interviews where I didn't know my my boss's real name till I left... But since everybody called him by his nickname (even the customers) he didn't really mind it... To this day I cannot remember what his nickname was. Hahaha! Too much stuff has happened, and it's been like 10 years. ^_^
Hearing more from how humble those beginnings were, I really respect the commitment those first hires and first gen(s) put in to get where we are now 💪

Having a talent debut with a gen keeping her name would be a bad look for the company, so essentially everyone involved struck gold with the opportunities. This also basically solidified Gen 0's status.
