Wait a minute...Paper Jam came out from 2015-2016, and has Mario and Luigi teaming up with a an alternate version of Mario. Ten years ago, Partners in Time came out (2005-2006) and features Mario and luigi teaming up with past versions of themselves, and it takes place in the same series... I don't care if this is a coincidence or not, I now believe Paper Jam is a 10th Anniversary game.
no, because if they had done an anniversary they would have done it about superstar saga, that was alphadream's first game. in fact, they did it, dream team was a tenth anniversary game, cause it had characters of the three games they developed before

I truly think Sticker Star is comparable to the Star Wars prequels. The action moments aren't compelling, the dialogue is painful to sit through and makes pathetic jokes on the side, the partner character (Kersti or Jar Jar) is insufferable, and the plot is garbage. And like Star Wars, when you compare Sticker Star to the original series, it looks even worse.
I'm really glad this thumbnail wasn't the final form. So many thumbnails have spoiled the final boss and it got me so mad. I hate being spoiled, even if it is just Bowser, it was a pretty bad-ass looking Bowser that I wanted to experience when I beat the game that's not even out yet
This entire plot reminded me of Sonic Generations, and that is weird because I didn’t like Generation’s plot but think this game has an okay plot. I think that’s because this game has good writing and Generations doesn’t.

To be fair, there was a big ass boom and mini earthquake. There's only a certain number of enemies that it could be and half of the enemies in the series are dead by this entry. God, can ya imagine a big ass crossover between Paper Mario and Mario and Luigi with every returning villain? Each villain from the franchise ressurected by someone for a greater purpose or they all escaped and the final boss is one of them with godlike powers of something. Combine the Dark Star, Chaos Heart, Black Paint, 1000 Cranes and Dream Stone into a villain and they'd be stronger than Dream Bowser. Sometimes, I wonder why Nintendo hasn't tried that. I guarantee if would make a shitload of money. Everyone would be happy; M&L fans get a new game, Paper Mario fans get to see thier favourite villains again and Nintendo rakes in the dough and lots of it.

My headcanon for this game is that the book contains the Sticker Star universe, and ONLY the Sticker Star universe. It would honestly explain a lot. Like why Kamek appears instead of Kammy Koopa, why Petey Pirahna and Paper Pokey are the only Paper bosses in this game, why Stickers are a big part of Paper Mario's way of attacking, etc.

I finally finished the game the other night. I enjoyed this battle. Fortunately didn't find it as difficult as Dreamy Bowser in the previous game. But it was a good challenge still. Satisfying.

You know, I'm kinda disappointed that the villain in this is just Bowser. Sure there's two of them, but they act the same and so that kinda gets rendered a moot point. All of the other M&L games as well as Paper Mario games (excluding stickerstar) had other main baddies other than Bowser, and that was refreshing. I hope the next game in either series has a more creative villian.

Making Bowser the full main villain feels like a step back, a step towards making "New super mario bros RPG".

The first time I played paper jam, I was too focused on the transformation to listen to any roars or sounds. And that bowser pinch mode roar at 9:39, they used it in the Bowser's Inside Story remake I'm guessing.

I like when they put dry bowser in it I hope they make him the main villain in the next game
+Karbonic Paper Mario, Mario & Luigi Dream Team, Bowsers inside story (kind of) Sticker Star, and Paper Jam all have bowser as the main villain.
technically, all M&L games have bowser as the final villain, except superstar saga.

Every time, the final boss is usually Bowser under the influence of a bigger villain (bowletta, shroob bowser, dark bowser)
Bowser is always there, but he's definitely almost never the main villain, just sort of the final boss. Making Bowser the full main villain feels like a step back, a step towards making "New super mario bros RPG".
+Karbonic Except this is the first time Bowser's ever been the main villain in the M&L series. All the other times, he was either a side character, or one of the main heroes.

well, they're around level 33, so I'd reccomend 35 or higher.
This game was the weakest in the series, but you gotta admit the fact that bowser was going to destroy the entire paper Mario universe, that’s pretty intense

Probably because the singlular green Yoshi character from other games isn't in this one. I'm pretty sure there's just random Yoshi's in this game. (which is kind of confusing, because there is a green Yoshi!)

In the credits, later, soon after the papercraft bunch beats the papercraft Spike, Yoshi is seen chasing Nabbit, who is carrying a big canteloupe. That's why Yoshi's not on the papercraft Yoshi.
And later, in the winter scene, a bunch of Yoshis are chasing Nabbit, who, near the ende of the screen, trips and drops the canteloupe he's still holding.

4:50 I remember that bowser roar from the bowletta battle in Superstar Saga + Bowser's minions. I now know where it came from as I now payed close attention to the roar. The first time I played paper jam, I was too focused on the transformation to listen to any roars or sounds. And that bowser pinch mode roar at 9:39, they used it in the Bowser's Inside Story remake I'm guessing.
