Here is a very good tip people. I have been to Dollywood many times. Park at the Olde Mill Restaurant pay 50 cents per person they take you straight to the front gate. They run every 15 minutes. So you can park at the Olde Mill Restaurant and take the trolly. Parking cost 30 dollars at Dollywood then you have to take the trolley to the front gate.
A few years ago my wife and I went to Dollywood when they opened the park for only season pass holders. The line to get into the Celebrity Theater to see Dolly was insane. My wife said, “well Dolly blew her chance to meet us “.
I took the tram over to Dollywood, and it was definitely a money saver. Just remember that it doesn't take you directly to Dollywood's Splash Country, so if you still wish to take the tram, you will have to walk a bit to get over there.
Hers a tip! Take your food and have someone drop you off!! To be honest its so sad to see how she rips everyone off!!!!! If you been there you will know!!

Thanks for your feedback Scott! We know theme park pricing can be frustrating. Packing your own picnic is certainly a good way to save money.
I think she sold off a chuck of ownership of the park a few years ago. She's not a big decision maker of prices,etc anymore.
