- The Golden King Frox is a unique boss and is famous for its extended inhale duration which makes it almost impossible to escape unless you have a lot of stamina. Furthermore, the attack intervals are shorter and Baby Golden Froxes spawn upon destroying its ores. There is a chance that Star Fragments drop.

There's no golden enemy's yet, they'll probbaly be added in some dlc like botw

Can you make a flux construct IV? It could have multiple cores and be able to seperate itself into multiple smaller robots, each with its own core. It would also be bigger with more blocks lol
(Using cube form, for example) Instead of a 3x3x3, it would be a 5x5x5! He'd also summon a couple of cap/sol construct IVs!

To showcase these you could make a mod that shows how much damage (In numbers) you take, and then mod some infinite armor.

If the Frox were as challenging as this to take down then i could see having a medal of honor for them. I dont understand how there is a MoH for the hinox, talus, constructs and frox when none if them are difficult to kill, but lynels dont get a MoH...
Oh, good point! I guess they don't have a Medal of Honor because they are not considered a boss since they don't have a HP gauge.

I would have fed him bomb flowers. But I realized you have less than 20. How did you come across this thing anyway? And the amount of damage he puts out in one attack is insane! I'd never battle it if I came across it. Great job at defeating it though.

What about a Super Lynel? I'm thinking 50,000 HP, can dodge your flurry rushes, and maybe covered in metal armor that takes a LONG time to pound off of him. Also, instead of the tired fire attacks, what about he pulls out the bow repeatedly during the fight, firing a rotating variety of elemental attacks that are nearly impossible to dodge, including Gloom. That's just off the top of my head.
I'd probably avoid it at all costs because it sounds like an absolute chore to fight.
Have it drop some op bow shield weapons and horns
You'd have to do so much preparation, trying to get enough weapons to be able to deal 50,000 damage in one go.
I guess you could just pack a 194 weapon, with a load of bows, arrows and Muddle Buds and get a chain of stabbing its back going. That would take a long time though.

The damage increases by 50% every time, or once per each individual one defeated. If the first, you'd eventually get a weapon dropped by it that functions like the One-Hit Obliterator without the cooldown or health stolen.
I remember this from old Zelda games but if u throw a bomb in a froxes mouth it will, eat it then explode and stun it

It's best while inhaling attach a flower bomb to your arrow and let him swallow it later it will knock him out and y can destroy the crystals easily and better to use a bow that shoots 3 arrows and nice mod!
Thanks for the info! Not only the inhaling duration but also the power of it is increased which makes Link go even faster toward its mouth so I'm not sure if there was enough time to shoot the bomb, but it's surely possible.
You can also drop a bomb and he'll inhale it, saving an arrow.

2:00 If you didn't know it was fake, this should give it a way. From a technical point of view, No enemy in the game can One-Shot you when you're having full hearts and the soldier's armor set for defense

OH MY GOSH that thing is tanky and hits way too hard. If you do not have lots of fairies and experience with fighting Froxes, you are screwed.
For everyone saying its a mod. Its not. Ive killed the same golden king frox. As for its spawn i hate to break it too you but i dont have an exact location. I think it might be a randomly spawned blue white frox or obsidian frox. Lucky spawn or something. But definitely exists in game
I actually came to TH-cam to jog my memory on where it is. I just haven't seen a video on exact whereabouts which is why I think it may be a random spawn

Nintendo needs to fix the Despawning loot issue. It's more of a problem than ever in TOTK with the amount of enemies in a single battle now.

Do you know, by any chance, whether the latest Switch firmware update breaks anything CFW-wise or is safe? I'd really like to boot my CFW again, but I'm on a pre-SDXC firmware and already gave my smaller SD card to my parents (so booting CFW for manual update would be quite a hassle).

That can only be stunned if all 3 heads are hit at the same time. (Large aoe like dragon shards, or a well placed 3 shot bow)
No there's a secret dlc that can only be unlocked by deleting certain files and code within the game

If this is added to the randomizer, I would have it at a random Frox fight location each seed, and perhaps make it a little less tanky, but still very tanky, say... 10,000 hp instead of 12,000
