So that 26, that's your new PB on Bago isn't it? Incredible! Do you use super narrow braid or fluorocarbon? It looks you work in the plastics so fast, they would be just below the surface.
26.5". Don't forget that 1/2 inch on there. :) I use 6lb braid as the main line with an 8lb floro leader. I often swim the bait through the column without touching bottom. Some days they do like it when it hops off bottom.
I got out this morning early which I rarely do, basically same spot as the vid. I picked up a couple walleyes, a drum and what looked like a yellow bass (a first). Definitely not fast and furious but I was just happy to break the 6 week no walleye streak I had going. lol
@@williamevan3737 Nice job! I usually catch one yellow bass a year on Bago. They usually run 8-10 inches. Looks similar to a white bass but have broken black bars and yellowish tint to them. I can't imagine going 6 weeks without a walleye.
Dan did you use to work in the Kimberly mill?
Sorry nope. Many years ago I worked for Banta Corp at Northwestern Colorgraphics. But I've been self employed now for 32 years.
@@justgofish okay thank you I thought you looked familiar. Love your videos.
@@user-mp5lg8kf1s Thanks!!
Are you fishing on shallow reefs or shallow flats?
I'm fishing shallow rocky areas. Reefs, points, and shore.
