I was using a reference photo cause I'm getting ready to decorate my friends house. I was trying to look for a certain window idea when I cam across this. Idk if we had the same photo reference or you just came up with this yourself. But this is amazing. I love this and I feel like this is what I was trying to do but I couldnt figure out how to do it
I'm guessing Goal Partitions - Eastern Stain Glass Windows - Arched Windows - One of the hanging ivy's (there are at least 2 of them) - Towel Racks for the Curtains - Dyed stage panels for the sky and Slat partitions. The wall under it looks to be the back of hingan furniture. Those are the items I would start with to recreate it. No Idea on the wall treatments above the windows, I'd have to play around with it.
