6:16 Those two "rubber bands" are actually O-Rings. One should have been installed on the magnetic adaptor before you install it. That is why your nozzle is loose.

You're video was an absolute help for properly installing air assist. While using my air assist the tube moves and hits my project, which then messes up design, the wood moves. What can I do? the tubing is placed correctly but it hits the lid and I think that's why it moves, so I have to pause move the tubing and continue. I do keep it attached all the time, even while engraving.

Where is the gold blade at the end

Under the module, right next to the laser, it pops in and magnetic. You don't have to keep it in unless you are using it. However, in this video I only used the laser.

How in the world you got the nozzle mount aligned with the module if it has to be really tight? I can’t! Any tips? Does it really have to be tight tight?

My lens mount stopped a little before it was aligned. So I had to push it hard til it was aligned. I assume it has to be tight if it needs to be aligned with module, because when I put the nozzle mount over it moves.

Make sure you install the O-ring to the mount before you screw it on. This will help to keep it snug and in place.
