Osborn, Thanks for all the work in bringing these back to life. I have great memories of these Full Size LTDs of the 70s. A family friend worked at a Ford dealer and had several new 'demonstrators' each year.
you are welcome. It is work and it's money, but I love doing this and sharing on line. It's automotive history and in many ways better than reading about it on the web or in magazines that always seem to get it wrong.
In that Galaxy I taught myself to drive at the age of 13 My father was angry at first for taking his vehicle without permission, and later he calmed down and patted me on the shoulder

@@OsbornTramain :)
@@OsbornTramain You are a TH-cam go-to. Automotive styling makes these cars mobile sculptures. Plus, I like the LTD WITHOUT the vinyl roof "covering."
So this is how Buck Rogers got started! Great find. Thanks for posting!
I like that funky music in the background.
it has every option except tilt wheel, cruise control, air conditioning, power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, power seats and FM radio
Used to have one tripple green 429 and sunroof had to sell her during the hard times in 2009 miss that car.
Had to let go of a lot of good things during those years.
Yeah an LTD with the super rare sunroof option is a real find. Sad to hear you had to sell her.
Me gusta el carro un Ford LTD 1973; Vicente Fernández tuvo uno así; saludos y buenas noches.
Also the custom 500 model was the base, then galaxie 500, then LTD.
wasn't there one below the custom 500 just called the custom???
I ❤️ his accent 😍
He's from Arkansas.
American accent what else ?
73 Ford LTD Brougham
yep, I know, for the life of me, I don't know why I typed 72?
In that Galaxy I taught myself to drive at the age of 13 My father was angry at first for taking his vehicle without permission, and later he calmed down and patted me on the shoulder
It's Galaxie
Uhm, excuse me, that's not Gil Gerard, it's Buck Rogers.
They did not have power mirrors in 1973
Duck Dodgers!
Dirty Harry's car
Of course its no Newport.......
You mean Newport can't come close to the LTD
