Looks like Arlington VA. Genuinely loved this neighborhood after working there for a week or 2. Also, just tried these skates on at Paragon in NYC. They felt extremely tall and unstable for my liking but I'm sure I can get used to them.
The roads in DC seem really sketchy as far as quality and more importantly traffic are concerned. Do the DC skate events take advantage of any road closures, or is there just less traffic when the events occur?
At the beginning of the video, I thought "125s make even him cautious(understandable, new skates and all)" Then when you bombed the hill towards the end I was thinking "Ah, he got comfortable, there is the Eddie we know and love" Awesome skating, sir! You make those 125 mm wheels look easy!
Does buckles on your boots work fine? All 4 buckles on my pair start to skip and fails to tighten enoth... Nothing similar on my old cruiser or powerslide next.
@@lollerskater i have AD in my city (i tried twister fitting and there was no such a problem), but i bought my pair of maxxum on amazon. Actualy i found the way to get it work - need to press down buckle so it start to hitch strap.
100s are good. 110s are better. 125s are amazing! I'll never skate anything smaller again. Short frames are really fast, really smooth, and very agile. They were really easy to get used to. 88a wheels the only way to go.
Seems like a good skate for long distance marathons but for freestyle you sacrifice a lot in control and maneuverability with the wheels being so big. So trying to perform technical moves is rather dangerous. I think 100/110 is the best compromise between speed and freestyle.
My dawg skating the 125’S hell yeah
Bro just going in front of cars like its nothing 😂😂 i want to live there!

Yes it was kind of scary at first and I have to be sure not to cross myself up! A super fun and fast skate but I see why 110 is there go to size
I already have 110s but I want a set of 125 just for the trail and distance skating

that sounds like a huge problem, try contacting RB directly from their website, are you in the US?

surprised you didn't practice your stops before hitting the streets. 125 is an entire another level for me. had to get used to stopping with them.

Who price
he still has the tag on 😀
Would have been nice if you gave more overall thoughts at end of video. Something like: these skates feel fast ...
What made you decide to get these over something like the fr spin ?
