Hi Daz & Claudio, Thanks for the very informative Vlog in regards finding an honest and reliable Lawyer in Pattaya most people never prepare a ( Will ) not only in your own country but when they move and retired in Thailand and nominate a ( Enduring Power of Attorney) cert in the event of a serious medical emergency or death. If you don’t have one you will leave your love ones in a right mess. I know I’ve just been through whole situation with my aged sick single dementia sister here in Dublin Ireland if took two years during the COVID period to get the paperwork so I could take care of her and find a suitable nursing home. As for buying property with new love of your life in Thailand ( Don’t Do It ) unless you buy a condo and put it in your name and get a signed agreement by both parties done by the lawyer in the event of a separation. If you build a house only do so with full knowledge that the money you spend on this you will never see again majority of times TIT. I’ve learned a lot from your channel Daz in the last 2 years….it’s simple as you always say it …buy a condo new or second hand from a foreigner western person everything with government rate, electricity and water keep it simple, find your thai girlfriend or girlfriends and when it’s time to move her, on tell her there is a ghost in the condo…and then move onto the next girlfriend…keep it simple and easy..😎😎🍻🍻

At the end of the day women are women and it doesn’t matter where they are from in my opinion … All western men including myself would like to think Thailand is the best place on earth and all the women are traditional angels 🤣 but they are not Some maybe but you’ll never know if you’ve met the right one until after years of meeting her Yes I love Thailand and will live their sooner than later but for the right reasons and not just the girls
if you follow the 3-day rule you need no attorney relating "whom belongs the condo.
Conclusion: Keep that girl at the bar. Don't take her home.
